My family did the “igloo experience” and while it was great in theory, the temperature inside the igloo with a heater was less than comfortable especially with two toddlers. The waiter was kind enough to try and plug in an additional heater, however, that cut into the dining light and dimmed it out. At one point during our dinner, the entire igloo lighting went out due to a breaker tripping. The food and service was spectacular, however, the venue rental fee was not worth it for the experience.

We were celebrating my son and his new wife today after getting married at the court house in Franklin. Brice was our waiter and mixologist. He did a fantastic job with both. He was attentive and very personable. The Brie/cranberry appetizer, smashed burgers, and steak and frites were delectable, along with the cocktails! We couldn’t have asked for better service and food! Thank you for making a wonderful celebration even more special!

The service and food was excellent. The music was a bit loud, but when asked they did turn it down. Great place for lunch.

Normally better , our waitress seemed to be taking care of 4 older people next to us . We saw her once after getting food. My wife’s salad was 90% greens and 5% things on it and 5% dressing. My pasta was ok ..
expensive for what we got .. filet is $60 in case you are wondering.

I adore the ambiance of Julep Farm - it's an unusually beautiful spot with its farm areas, exquisite dining room and bar, and charming gift shop. I have always found the service to be hit or miss. On this trip, we arrived earlier than the crowd, I believe there were 3-4 other tables seated when we ordered our drinks. It still took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks from the bar and the winter margarita was just pure tequila - it was not a good flavor. Usually, I find their seasonal cocktails to be tasty. We ordered an appetizer, salads, and entrees. They all arrived together after a long wait. It would have been nice to get the simple appetizer (olives and bread) quickly and before our salads and certainly before our main dishes. I feel there is a lack of training since they seem to go through employees quickly. I had though about throwing an upcoming party there, but I'm afraid I'd leave having overpaid for the quality of service. I've never seen the same waiters there twice. I really wish the managers/owner would get things more organized... this venue could be the star of North Georgia.
