Good food and service. A bit pricey but not unexpected. Music was a bit loud for a Sunday morning, but they turned it down when we requested. Eclectic gift shop. Clean restrooms.

Julep Farms has a classy, elegant, upscale vibe! The server, Hannah, was very sweet and made the experience enjoyable! However, the food was not good! It was as if they were trying too hard to make it fancy, but forgot to make it taste good. Some of the food even seemed a bit undercooked. I wanted to be wowed by dessert, but even it was a bit disappointing. I think if they would stick to basics. This place has the possibility to nail it!

Out of wine and beer we ordered. Appetizer looked odd. Our server brought out a second appetizer that looked normal. Appetizer and main courses came out at same time. Added salmon to salad. Salmon came out raw and had to be sent back. Servers cleaning tables swept crumbs and food debris on floor. Floor was filthy.

The salmon on polenta was quite good. The trout was prepared perfectly, but needed much re sauce/seasoning. It was served on a bland risotto. It was ordered with roasted carrots, but served with roasted turnips (b ‘cause there were no more carrots and was not told to us until it was served) making the overall presentation monochromatic. The trout entree is not recommended.
We ordered the blueberry cobbler, but served a mixed berry cobbler (no explanation). It was very good, but not what we expected.
The dining temperature was too cold for us, but seemed fine for those around us (believe we were under a vent).

Lovely evening out at the best restaurant in the entire area. Hannah was a wonderful server and helped make the evening even better. (You should request her!)
My wife enjoyed the salmon and I devoured the beef short rib. The polenta was a bit bland, but overall it was a great night out. Thank you!

Unfortunately this this place is absolutely beautiful, vibe is right, very modern, upscale, and classy. The restaurant chef and food was VERY disappointing! Our whole meal was terrible. I had a Cesar with cold chicken, my husband had a extremely over done burger, my father had undercooked salmon after requesting it to be well cooked, my mom had cold steak! The waiter was very nice and tried every bit to make us happy. Manager comped us 2 plates but it wasn’t about that. The owner was a joke, she sounded like a programmed professional and gave us a $30 gift card. Honestly, there’s no excuse for a beautiful new restaurant and resort to have terrible food or have “shift change” and serve such horrible food. I would think twice eating here. I was very disappointed by the owner and the food. So sad! I have never written a bad review of any restaurant, nor we wanted free food but this place lacks customer service and great food!
