   So we had a bad experience today at this restaurant we spent 170 dollars and we never got any table service had to go asked to get a drink refill we ordered an appetizer that came out cold with our dinner at the same time and it must have been sitting back there the whole time the food we ordered for dinner was good but the appetizer situation was not okay we ended up not eating it all and left it we didn't even bring it home for leftovers it was so bad the customer service was not existent it's definitely not a place me my wife or son would recommend to anyone it was hands down the worst experience we've had going out to eat yet

   We had a fantastic evening celebrating with family, and the complimentary bubbles were a perfect start! Nevaeh took amazing care of us, she was attentive, engaging, and made sure we were always taken care of, even when she stepped away for a break. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Truly great service that made our night extra special!

   Cierra was absolutely amazing!! Great service and recommendation’s! Management was amazing as well! Espresso martinis 11/10 for sure!

   The hostess stand is always such an unorganized mess and the area gets chaotic. It took 4 minutes to get greeted with only 1 person in front of me. Not crazy, but now the line is stacking up out the door. But why were 4-5 people running through the hostess stand and only 1 talking to people. They offer champagne to some and not others. We dine there about every other week and it’s kind of always the same.

   The experience was great, staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the “Joey Burger” was horrible. It was over cooked and had a horrible favor. Not sure if the chef was mad that day.

   We just returned from celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary with a midweek dinner at Joey's Southcenter. The vibe was upbeat and lively but not chaotic or overwhelming. We were offered a complimentary beverage as we arrived and quickly brought to our seats. Soon, the server took our order and brought out the food. It was delicious! What really impressed us was how beautifully presented it was. Joey's takes pride in their offerings. We decided not to order dessert, but our server brought spoons, a complimentary anniversary cake, and a handwritten card. It was classy, delicious, and looked great. Color us super impressed!

   Teresa gave us outstanding service! She even made a kids cup for us herself, as the restaurant doesn’t have any. We had mini steak french dips and seared salmon sushi both delicious.

   My son and I always love going to Joey's, our favorite in South Center! The happy hour selection is excellent. They have very interesting cocktails and a good selection of beers on tap. The appetizer menu has great options as well as the main menu.

   We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday at Joey's Southcenter. The service and food was outstanding as always but the special touches the servers provided for us made it more special. TBH, Joey's is not inexpensive but I never think twice about the cost because the service and food is always amazing. It's my favorite restaurant. My thanks to the Joey's staff for making my daughter's 21st birthday amazing experience for her. She was hanging with her parents, not her friends after all!

    Service was elite - perfectly paced, attentive but not smothering. Food was good - steak was well prepared but for the price point, sauce should be included. Loaded mashed potatoes were fantastic.
