it was a great experience today, Staff was excellent. Only down side was that it was a bit noisey and hard to hear people at our table.

I made a reservation to sit in the lounge at a hightop table, and we got seated in the dining room, which didn’t suit my guest for our business lunch. Not sure why we moved to the dining room and didn’t conceited in the lounge as per my reservation.

Joey’s is a great place to get together with old friends. Today, the Lettuce Wraps and Mediterranean Bowl was excellent.

The Mediterranean Bowl was delicious! The service was excellent and we were made comfortable to stay and continue our conversation after lunch. Always find Joey’s a very positive experience. ‘

Service was prompt. Food was tasty. And when we asked for the bill, they brought it quickly and with the machine to pay available immediately. Still have problem with restaurants expecting a minimum 18% tip, unless you select 'other' and then have to figure out what to do with everyone looking on. $70+ for lunch for two is a bit much on a retirement income - especially when I want to support local chains and initiatives.

Our server made the entire experience phenomenal. We celebrated my parents' 38th wedding anniversary, and our server James went above and beyond by greeting my parents and surprising them with a treat that they absolutely love! James was patient with us and recommended the specialty of the restaurant and made sure that all our orders were correct. Definitely coming back and hoping we’d get James to serve on our table again!

I am writing to express my disappointment with an incident during my recent visit to your south common location for lunch. As a frequent customer, I was surprised by how poorly the situation was handled. I came with two business partners, and after paying for our meal, the server accidentally dropped a glass of soft drink on my side of the table. My clothes, winter jacket, and personal belongings were soaked and sticky due to the sugary drink. While I understand accidents happen and don’t blame the server, I was frustrated by how it was managed. The server, appearing confused, ran back and forth to retrieve cleaning supplies, but I had to specifically ask for something to clean myself, my jacket, and my phone. When I stood up to address the mess, another staff member by the order desk casually offered a rag and dismissed my concerns when I joked about the cold weather worsening the situation. There was no apology or empathy, which left me feeling embarrassed in front of my guests. I later called Aleena?, whose contact I received from the guest service manager card, to share my concerns. Her response was disappointing—she stated that since the incident had already occurred, the only option was to leave a gift card at the front desk. I declined the offer as I didn’t want my call to seem like a request for compensation. Instead, I expected her to address the staff’s handling of the situation, but no effort was made to investigate. This experience left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed in front of my business partners. I hope you can address this issue and ensure your staff responds with professionalism and empathy in the future. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your response.
