Our family birthday lunch for my husband was made extra special by the fact that they put the 6 of us in their private dining room, as it was free. Service was excellent, without being overly intrusive. The food was great, Joey’s is always consistent and that’s why we return again and again. Thanks so much!

Caleb was our server and he was excellent. So was the young man that was helping him. All eight of us had great meals and had a fantastic evening.

All of the meals were delicious and the service was great as well. We were happy that we made the reservations and will be happy to come back

When we arrived, we were told this reservation isn’t in the system. I showed text and email proof of the reservation. It was NYE so they didn’t have room in the dining area, which is totally fair. So they put us in the lounge. I am over 7 months pregnant and really had a hard time getting up and down off the lounge chairs. We really thought with the inconvenience of the reservation missing we may have been offered a slight discount, free appetizer, etc or even just an apology from a shift leader but nothing. Disappointed with the customer service side of things. Food and ambience was great as always!

Food was good as usual, which was nice. The service, however, was very poor. Waitress's approach was to work for her own personal efficiency and convenience rather than for her clients. For example, she would wait until all the drinks were available from the bar for 2-3 tables, rather than serving the drinks when the bar had them ready. She was also obsessed with cleaning/preparing empty tables while we sat around without drink refills or any attentiveness at all. By contrast, the other side of our area of the restaurant had a waitress that hustled all night to ensure that her clients were well looked after. We were served by that waitress last week, and she was fantastic. We tipped her $100 for the fabulous service. This particular waitress this evening did not do anything to deserve a tip. Perhaps the issue is management. A proper manager would be present and observing the floor constantly, providing direction, coaching and advice to the service staff. The manager this evening was either not present or not doing their job. We will be back, certainly, but I think that my New Years resolution will be to only tip for excellent service going forward. It is our only means of feedback. A good manager would make note of which serving staff gets consistently good tips and which don't - and coaching the underperforming staff towards the actions of the successful serving staff. Hard to find good help though.

Kitchen was great with meal adjustments for food preferences, however, the steak was undercooked. Service was great!
