I always love the food, although higher price point for smaller portions. The lettuce wraps are AMAZING, so delicious! I could definitely sense they were understaffed or maybe was shift change and bad timing/luck for us. Dirty dishes sat for over an hour. Even after our server came by multiple times. Maybe if had more buss staff to help with dirty plates and drink ware. We had reservations and although we were kindly sat upon arrival, Champagne would ah e been lovely to have been offered.

They did a great job making me feel special for my birthday. They had the tables prepared with champagne and the service was fantastic. They were very accommodating with a cake my friend brought that was unexpected. I will probably make this my go to HH spot from now on. Several other guests in the past were also impressed and said the same. Thank you fire making my birthday fabulous!

Best food we've had in a long time. Mushroom appetizer amazing. Ahi Tuna salad incredible. AJ our server was absolutely fabulous. Went there for an anniversary and it was a really special time. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing birthday dinner at JOEY Bellevue! The Happy Hour menu has a lot of great options. We got the spaghetti pomodoro, steak frites, JOEY cheeseburger, and apple pie. Everything was delicious and well-presented. AJ (host) and Alex (server) were super nice, attentive, and organized.

Our experience was disappointing and underwhelming. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but we gave the restaurant a week to make things right and we never heard back from a manager, even though we called the same evening we dined there and asked for a call back, and I used the open table app to message the restaurant and requested a call back. So here goes… I am a long time, frequent customer of Joey. We’ve gone to many of their locations over the last 20 years, including major celebrations at the original Seattle location on Lake Union, which no longer exists. I have always loved the amazing food, drinks, ambience, and great service! Our experience there last week was not up to par with the usual Joey standards. The worst part is no one from the restaurant has acknowledged it, and I don’t know if the restaurant, in general, is declining or if this was a one-off, terrible experience. It was a shame, because we have a two year old and don’t get to out to restaurants nearly as often these days. This was our Valentine’s Day celebration at the restaurant where we had our first date. The service was extremely poor. We basically ordered and our server didn’t come back to our table for over 45 minutes. We had to order drinks three times before they arrived, and our welcome drinks, which they offered us upon seating also never arrived-though we did remind them. Even though there were three diners in our party, and we ordered three entrées, we were only given two sets of silverware and two drinking glasses. Our water glasses were never refilled during our 2 hour meal. Dirty dishes sat on our table, some of them even while we had dessert. My husband actually had to get up to go look for a server when no one came to our table for 45 minutes. It sounds like our server went on break and never told anyone. He came back in time to ask us for a big tip!!! Yuck! We asked to speak with a manager, and she never came to our table. No apology. Nothing.

Food comes in smaller portions but the flavour and service is TOTALLY worth it. Enjoyed it back in Canada and still enjoy it here 🤍

Service was excellent and food was very good. It was a perfect Valentine’s date! They provided complimentary champagne to start and throughout the dinner brought by samples of other menu items to taste for free. And complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and brownies for dessert! Wow! What an experience. We haven’t been to Joey’s in awhile but will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect at Joey’s!!! All of the hosts greeted us graciously and with open arms! We definitely enjoyed the appetizers and main course. Our server was kind and personable. This was one of our top ten Valentine Day experiences. Please only use my first name.
