Though Jean-Georges Vongerichten is one of the world’s most famous chefs, his skills extend far beyond the kitchen. A savvy businessman and restaurateur, Jean-Georges is responsible for the operation and success of over 60 restaurants worldwide. Following in his footsteps of his restaurants in London, New York, Paris and Kyoto, Jean-Georges at The Leinster will mark his first foray into Ireland.

Jean-Georges’ culinary vision has redefined industry standards and revolutionized the way we eat. Jean-Georges is involved in every aspect of his restaurants – concept, menu, architectural design, staff selection and trainings – in an ongoing effort to create restaurants that are both timely and enduring.                                         Food at Jean-George’s was lovely. It was a little dead for Sunday lunch time, but unfortunately I had booked and made note that it was my wife’s birthday and there was nothing to mark the occasion from the staff/kitchen during what was an expensive lunch.

                                        Remarkable experience, delicious food, outstanding service from the lovely Stephen and the rest of the staff. The Aesthetics of the place are just wow, love the new contemporary vibe, the perfect mixture between nature and beauty of the design. I wanted to have a nice evening, a glass of wine and a quiet conversation with my friend and this place is the perfect for it. Already friends were asking with this place is, definitely will come back and recommend to everyone. The service is TOP and deserves a 5/5, from the gentleman at the main entrance in the ground floor to everyone in the restaurant. My new favourite place in town and I have been almost everywhere to say that this place will over exceed the expectations of anyone. Thank you!

                                        This restaurant is a must visit !! From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our waiter Hugo was so friendly and made sure we had a great experience.The food is outstanding, my pork belly starter was the best I’ve eaten and the main course turbot was divine. The desserts were a perfect end to a truly wonderful meal. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and I will be returning again soon!!!
