Always a lively ambience with attentive service. Food is nice, but would like a slightly expanded breakfast menu.

Having eaten breakfast previously, we were looking forward to our lunch.we were greeted by the chef making Crepes in the front window and eventually seated in the centre of the restaurant which was not busy. Once seated we were given the lunch menu however wine list wasnot provided which took some minutes aftertrying to get the waiters attention. After ordering some champagne it took another 15 minutes to arrive! We ordered our food which wassome oysters to start which again took nearly 20 minutes to arrive with bread that was not fresh. The mains arrived and were very well prepared and presented, I ordered the crepe for dessert and it was also nicely prepared. The dinning experience however was let down by poor service,inappropriate music and the insesent ringing of the bell from the Bar which was loud and not required. The barman would just ring the bell evytime he had a single item ready for delivery, he was not busy and could easily have delivered the item taking pressure off the service staff who were at best looking aimlessly out of there depth. It became obvious that the restaurant lacked direction on the floor and is in need of a real restaurant manager to take command of the service side of the restaurant, the food was good but not enough to carry the day. I trust the owners will take the service side as seriously as the food.

The service was fantastic and the decor was beautiful. We were expecting the crepes to be bigger, As I am gluten intolerant, I was hoping that the crepes would be made out of buckwheat. Unfortunately I could not order any of those options and they all sounded delicious! The ocean trout salad was very nice.

We were a party of 6 at lunchtime, we shared entrees and we each ordered a main course, then followed up with dessert. Overall everyone was happy, a couple of people didn't like certain dishes but overall we had a good time. Staff were very busy so the service could have been better, but this wasn't an issue as we were in no hurry and all the staff were professional, especially Jason. A great spot for a light or longer lunch.

This Restaurant is lovely. I find the decor is very pleasing without it being pretentious. The service was very good and the food most important of all was also very good. I think some of the portions were a bit small although it was lunchtime. We would go again.

The salads were basic and very expensive. The summer salad was a plate of lettuce and one asparagus The Niçoise salad was tasteless I had to ask for a glass of water The restaurant was empty with a few women Today menus need to be exciting especially salads. There are many places in the same area that cater for healthy salad . I can go anywhere along high street that caters better $30 was an expensive lettuce I won’t be returning

Fabulous Lunch. Beautiful decor throughout. Lunch menu was lovely, and the food quality and freshness was excellent. Service and attitude of staff was exceptional. This Bisto has attention to detail, and I absolutely appreciated a clean and decked appreciated the bathroom.
