The place is absolutely stunning however the food is not good. The Rock shrimp tempura was over cooked and had an extremely thick coating of tempura, the tuna tartar was this weird mixture of tempura flakes mashed up with some kind of fish (even though the pic on the menu looks like a normal tuna tartar -red in color etc) & the crispy rice was just straight gross and inedible- Wrong in texture and so extremely sticky it felt like I was chewing on caramel that kept sticking to my teeth. My guest and I left shortly after trying the few items and all of them being disappointing.

Been to the Queens location in Forest Hills. Loved the food, vibes and ambience. We decided to go to this location for Valentine’s Day since parking would be better. However it wasn’t so great. Yes, the food was good and drinks were also great. Service was also fast. However for vibes and ambience we will give a 2/10. Felt like a mall restaurant…DJ’s music felt like it downgraded the place. Vertical blinds on window are tacky. Did not feel like a classy date night spot. More like family/lunch spot or to have a casual dinner. Oh and they also charged $31 gratuity automatically. Go to the Forest Hills location if you’re big on ambience and overall vibes, which we are. But if you’re looking for casual dinner and good food then go for it!

I wanted to start this review by expressing how excited I was when I heard about the opening of your new location in Hicksville. For over 20 years, I was a frequent guest at your Forest Hills location and have always appreciated the exceptional service and food you provided. When my sister and best friend asked me where they'd take me to dinner for my birthday, I immediately thought of your new location, remembering the wonderful experiences I'd had at your restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, our visit on 2/12, with a reservation for 7:45 PM, was far from the experience I anticipated. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed, which was surprising given that the restaurant had plenty of other diners. The server was less than pleasant and seemed focused on pushing us out as quickly as possible. He came back to our table 2-3 times within a 10-minute window to ask if we were ready to order, even though we were still deciding. Ultimately, we ordered appetizers just to alleviate the pressure he was putting on us. I politely informed him that we did not want to feel rushed, as we were celebrating my birthday and don't often have the chance to get together, so we wanted to truly enjoy the experience. He smiled and said okay, but instead of respecting our wishes, he sent other staff members to continue rushing us. We were still working on our appetizers when the entrees were placed on the table. This disrupted the flow of our meal and we couldn't even enjoy the appetizers we were still eating. When I informed the server that the Kai Chi was fatty, tough to chew and seemed undercooked, he didn't respond and simply took the plate away. There was no offer of a replacement or even an apology. To top it all off, gratuity was added to our check. We were a table of three and I'm not sure when it became standard practice to automatically include gratuity for a party of this size. This felt extremely inappropriate given the service we received.

Booked a reservation which should last 90 minutes. Barely one hour in, I’m not sure why the hosts tells my wife and I if we can please get up there are others waiting to be seated - mind you this was a Friday evening at around 7:15 PM which the place was not packed, there were other seats. We kindly got up and left.

We ordered two different chicken orders and they both had no flavor. Salmon tartar was the best.

Everything was good. I did not like the fact that happy hour specials were only offered at the bar area. I also didn’t like the $20 per person reservation hold for this establishment on your site. The food and service were good though.

Had a great time, service was amazing and quick, the family had a great time with no complaints. Prices where worth the food. Will recommend and will definitely go again

First time at this restaurant, and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The service was prompt, very friendly and gave delicious details of the various menu options. There is a full bar with sports on multiple TVs, at both ends of the restaurant. The food was quickly prepared. The presentation was beautiful and the meal was delicious. The ambiance was pleasing and in the center of the dining area is a large rectangular coy pond. This unique feature was both interesting and calming after the hectic pace of the holiday season. We could talk and be understood at a normal volume and tone. Overall, we had a great meal, enjoyed the ambiance and attention paid by staff, servers and chef. We will definitely be back for more Asian fusion dining.

Great gluten free options! Also tons of photo ops. The food and drinks were amazing. We had pink lychee Martini & Sushi boat 😋
