   Managers were great. Waitress seemed new but the managers made up for it. Food is amazing and consistent every time - highly recommend

   Would’ve been nice to know it was a hotel lobby. The photos were a bit deceiving making it look like a pretty restaurant and I was looking for someplace nice to go for my birthday in downtown Phoenix and due to weather we were unable to sit in their beautiful outdoor seating area what was shown in the photos we then had to sit indoors in the hotel lobby. Not what I had pictured or planned. Food itself and service were good I was just a bit disappointed by the atmosphere.

   we had a fabulous server who was very attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful but the beer glasses were not cold.

   We weren’t allowed to sit outside and order food. Also noted that the restaurant is part of the hotel. We didn’t end up eating here and left to go to another place.

   Food was mixed--half of it was good and the other half wasn't great. Same with the drinks, and the server was hot/cold. Just an inconsistent experience and because it's in a hotel, might be a bit overpriced.

   We arrived for our scheduled luncheon, we stood at the hostess’s table which had a sign to wait to be seated. We waited!!! Finally my husband went to the back and approached two people who told him to sit anywhere as it was open seating. We had a server arrive after waiting who informed us that the hamburger was 86??? We asked and received 4 of the 5 drinks we ordered. We didn’t even get a chance to order. No one waited. We walked out! What restaurant who only had 3 choices for sandwiches, doesn’t even have the 3rd. Worst experience ever!

   Thanks for everything it was amazing food and exceptional ambiance for the price it was well worth it. I would do it again. Also I want to thank the staff for the sacrifice of hanging with their families and hanging out with us instead. Thank you all staff and organizers 5 star rating for sure
