The food is a bit pricey, but we did enjoy everything we ate. The host, who I believe may be the owner, was quite rude to two of the guests in our party. It was so off putting I doubt we’ll ever go back.

"It's Italian Cucina" offers a menu full of all your desired dishes. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a date or to dine with friends -- it has a nice "local" feel. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The wine list is varied and the cocktails are well crafted. For dessert, try the Limoncello Mascarpone.

We went to Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. The courses and wine pairings were fabulous. Our server, Ashley, was friendly, fun, and professional. The owner, Al Fini, came by to check on us and answer questions on wine selections. Al has an outstanding wine menu with some of my Italian favorites, e.g., Amarone, Brunello di Montalcino, etc. There was even a jazz pianist. This place is a treasure, go now haha

Everyone at the table ordered different entrées. We all wanted to taste some different things! I really love the chicken parm. I am extremely hard to please with chicken Parm. Fo m Chris was the best dish of the evening! I would also have to add that their handmade pastas were delicious! My husband ordered a shrimp pasta, scampi dish and was not the biggest fan. It was very lemony. However, I thought it was very flavorful. I could see why he was saying that though, because the prominent flavor in the dish was lemon. We also tried calamari, polenta, and the chicken marsala. Those dishes were not the table favorites. Service was good and our waitress was patient while getting peppered with questions about the menu. I also thought the ambience was nice, inviting and comfortable. Definitely more of an intimate feel. Which I like.. I would recommend checking it out!

Best Italian food I've had in austin! The kitchen and wait staff go above and beyond at this place. It's small and intimate, perfect for date night or catching up with a friend. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and made our experience so memorable and enjoyable. The scallops on saffron cream risotto were excellent, and their menu has some very reasonably priced bottles. Most of this dishes were $30-40 per person, but well worth. Will definitely be back and I'm telling all my friends in Austin about this gem!

It's Italian Cucina is our favorite restaurant in Austin. The owner Al, always meets us at the door with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Our waiter Gabe is always right there to help us in any way he can, and the food is always exceptional! And to top the evening off, there was a very accomplished pianist playing throughout the evening! It was our 46th Wedding Anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better spot to celebrate! We highly recommend this place of true felt hospitality and friendship for all of your dining desires!

We had a party of six and the Chicken Piccata was the star of the night this time... Service was outstanding and "Big Al" made for a fun evening. Also enjoyed the music...
