First time there. Great service and some interesting dishes. More progressive menu choices than the typical Sioux Falls restaurant offerings (which is a good thing!). Lively environment with the best view of any restaurant in Sioux Falls.

For the price it does not look like a top end restaurant. Service is slow but it’s because the kitchen and tables are 2 floors apart. Some items were amazing others were ok. New restaurant that needs to fix the quirks out

Good food. Poor service. Took us almost 3 hours for 3 people to eat.

Alex took excellent care of us. He was personable, especially friendly and attentive which we much appreciated since it was our first visit to Ironwood. My wife and I shared a ribeye steak and particularly enjoyed the Brussels sprouts which were prepared with bacon. It was a unique preparation in our experience and more than tasty. The half-shell oysters were fresh and sweet. Cocktails were prepared as we specified (we were a bit picky about our martinis). Overall an excellent place for fine dining, although rather expensive. We will certainly dine there again.

Beautiful restaurant, evening dining with view of Falls Park holiday lights was spectacular. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff and our waiter provided excellent service, and he was very attentive. I felt the prices were a bit steep ~$130 for one person for steak and a salad, 2 wine and a dessert. The chairs in the middle tables are not padded or cushioned and I couldn't get comfortable, they had the feel of an outdoor cafe. They asked to take my coat, which was great, however it was stored down by the entrance door and was freezing when I went to put it on to leave. Overall, a great experience, a couple of things need attention.

It was our first time in the restaurant. Staff did an awesome job making us feel welcome. We love a 2 - 21/2 dinner. It felt a little rushed and the chairs are not comfortable for an extended meal.

I took my customers here for the first time, with high expectations. The food was very good but overpriced. You can find dinners just as good at lower prices at other steakhouses in Sioux Falls. The "shareables" are barely enough for one person and way too expensive for the amount. Don't get me wrong, the steaks were delicious. It was just not as good as hyped and a big disappointment. I would suggest Morries for a great steak and shareables at a better value. I will not be returning and will support the ole standbys in Sioux Falls.

There are some very unique dishes here at Ironwood Steakhouse, that you will not find anywhere in, or near Sioux Falls. Grilled Octopus and Rabbit Stroganoff are two examples. And many of the items that sound common, are flavored in such a way, that they "become" very unique and pleasant.
