Kitchen must have been a bit disorganized. Two tables that were seated after us received their food and were half done eating before we got our food. Granted, the restaurant was very busy, but not sure what the hold up was for us and not the other two tables.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Our waiter was great. We were there for a concert at the Giant Center (along with several other concert goers) therefore it was quite crowded. Unfortunately, we had to rush through eating because it took an hour for us to get our food. We were patient because they were crowded but we didn’t order anything complicated so an hour seemed a bit long for 4 plates and we were a bit anxious about making it in time for our show. We made it to the concert and had a great night. If you plan to go to eat before a show at the giant center you give yourselves PLENTY of time and bring your conversation and patience!

Iron Hill Brewery is an energetic, busy scene with just about every table filled. It has a pub feeling and the food and service are very good at a reasonable price. Wide selection of beers to satisfy just about everyone and yet excellent wine and drink selection.

Met a friend for dinner tonight. Very enjoyable experience. Food and beer were excellent. Service was a little slow but that was okay because we weren’t in a hurry.

Had reservations but was sat a little more than 15 minutes late making us a bit late to our event at the Hershey Theatre. Not very happy about that.

Always look forward to dining at Iron Hill but slightly disappointed this time around based on the entrees. We had a cup of the Gumbo soup and House Salad to start which were both excellent as were the drinks: unsweetened ice tea and sangria. Our entrees: 1. Country Schnitzel: We’ve had the Schnitzel several times before and LOVED it but something has changed and we didn’t care for the Andouille Sausage Gravy. It was Ok but not up to the standards of the previous Schnitzel recipe in our opinions. 2. Half Rack of Ribs: on the plus side the meat was very tender and fell right off the bone so it was very easy to eat. Unfortunately neither the meat nor the sauce was particularly flavorful and would rate the ribs as average at best. The fries were delicious but a bit too salty; coleslaw was mediocre. Service was excellent in spite of a very packed house. We will definitely return but hope that this was only a temporary hiccup in the entree quality.
