   Was amazing from start to finish, the staff were so helpful and attentive.The food was amazing and you could tell freshly made and the cocktails were gorgeous. We will definitely be back and have recommended to friends.Great way to spend a afternoon with friends and family.

   Myself and my sisters were in Saturday afternoon having the intoxicating tea party. We must admit we were sorely disappointed. The area where the tea was held in the main lobby wasn't the most pleasant experience, it was busy and very loud. We also felt service lacked. We were sitting for at least 45 minutes without anyone coming to see if we wanted anything else. We did want to order more drinks but ended up leaving due to lack of service. For the price we paid we did feel it very underwhelming, we also didn't get the vodka jellys 🤣

   We were disappointed. We expected it to be a much better experience. Service wasn't great, one waitress seemed rushed off her feet, the other one couldn't care less, food was just ok, nothing special. Overall, just disappointed.

   Food was good. Service was pretty slow and inattentive for the cost of the service. Had requested vegetarian options and this was partially catered to, waiter could not tell us which sandwiches/pastries were veggie. The food and cocktails were fine, just not the overall experience I had hoped for considering the price.

   The intoxicating tea party was good value for money. Although a little more detail to presentation would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

   Loved this, gorgeous modern hotel. Intoxicating Afternoon tea came with lots of food and lots of cocktails. The vodka jelly shots were amazing and we struggled to eat everything. Very good value for money in a lovely setting looking out over the river Ness, can’t wait to book here again

   The tea party was fabulous from start to finish. Staff was friendly and accommodating, cocktails were lovely and food was delicious. We had plenty for the 7 of us and had some leftover cake to take home. Our table was right next to the window with beautiful views of the river. We really enjoyed it, thank you!

    Booked an intoxicating tea party for my daughters 18th. They had us down for ordinary afternoon tea as they messed up the booking. The place was empty. Despite the space we were shoved at a table by the front door, freezing. We had no vodka jellies and the sandwiches were really poor. Nothing to put on the scones and when asked someone basically threw some wrapped portions of butter and jam at us, no cream! Frankly it was laughable. The cocktails were quite nice but the mocktails had so much lemon juice in that it wasn't drinkable. They grudgingly replaced it with something equally as bad! We asked for a coffee to go with the cakes and were told no as it doesn't come in the package we needed to pay... OK but where are our vodka jellies then?! They only charged for afternoon tea in the end which is a difference of only a couple of quid a head. Still came out 170 quid lighter and no one even ate anything hardly. Put a total dampener on my daughters 18th, and we will never get that say back. Service was non existent. Chucked everything on the table and the girl went home. No one else came near after that to check if things were OK. I had to chase them. The table wasn't even big enough for all the cups! Complete shambles from start to finish. Nice cocktails, food sub standard. Wish I'd spent 30 quid a head elsewhere frankly.
