   Sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten diverse Naan Brote verschiedene Currys und vieles vegetarisch.

   Nettes kleines Restaurant mit super Service und sehr schmackhaftem Essen. Wir haben Lamm gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Portionen sind sehr reichlich, wir haben uns zwei Beilagen geteilt.

   OMG - this was my first visit back for over a year, what an absolute pleasure. Not only did Raj and his fantastic team greet me by name but they even remembered my favouite dish !! This was an important night as one of my oldest school friends had a very serious brain bleed just before Christmas and this was part of his rehabilitation. It couldn't have been better, the food as usual was outstanding, the service exemplary and the greeting and attention warm and genuine. Suffice it to say Raj has gained another fan as my mate was so impressed he will be visiting with his family next time he visits London. If you haven't discovered this gem then you are truely missing out - one bit of advice be sure to book as the chances of an empty table are slim to none - that's how good Indian Gourmet is. Hope to see you a bit sooner than a year next time !!

   I was looking forward to seeing two friends that I hadn't met for a while, so we chatted and didn't give our order. Then a member of staff (male, mature East Asian heritage) approached us and told us we needed to hurry up with our order because they needed the table back. I asked why they didn't tell me this pretty important fact when we arrived. He said "We don't have to". I said: "What time are you kicking us out?" and raised my voice as I thought he was shouting too. I made a comment about his behaviour being really poor customer service, but he didn't back down, didn't apologise and left. I have no idea who this Customer Experience Hatchet Man was. He didn't introduce himself and spoke aggressively, disrupting our dining experience for several minutes. It was a seriously WTF moment and totally unnecessary as me and my friends left at about 8.15, before our 8.30 curfew/Kicking Out Time. The food? Yeah, it was pretty good, but from my point of view, it was ruined by this unwarranted intervention. Honestly, Indian Gourmet. Get your act together. If you were aiming for a really poor customer experience. Good job, you succeeded with cherries on the top.

   Ian, On a busy evening you took one hour to order, your reservation is for 2 hours. Had you read the terms and conditions before you arrived, the pretty important fact that you mentioned you would have known on your own, there would be no need for us to ask you to look at the menu. After all it is for your comfortable dining experience so that it is not a rushed one. It is very difficult for a small business to deal with customers like you who have zero understanding and no empathy. This sums up our explanation.
