We had a reservation for 9 and 2, they put us all together in a comfortable conversation space. It took the waitress over 15 mins upon arrival to come greet us and take our order. We have been here before and this was far from as busy as we have experienced. She returned with the start of our orders but had already forgotten to bring a bottle not a glass for one of my friends. She went to get him his bottle, yet didn't distribute anyone elses drinks. It took her 15 mins at least to return with his bottle as well as a couple of drinks. She left and returned about 10-12 minutes later with the rest of the groups drinks. AND THAT WAS THE END OF THE SERVICE. She neveronce returned to check on us, refill our drinks. NOTHING. The bar was NOT FULL. BOOTHS were freely open. There were patrons sitting up at the bar but there were 4 employees! 2 of my friends had to go up there to even get an other drink. Some of our group ended up leaving to go to the their hotel room because we weren't even waited on. Once we brought this up to our waitress, she mad eup a lame excuse and then proceed to see if we needed anything else. Obviously we were done and over it. This is unacceptable. We had such a wonderful experience last time even crowded in a booth and it VERY busy!! Need to train staff on better customer service and at least checking in and by the way NOT ONE apology from the waitress. DISAPPOINTING, most likely will not return and will share with others. We did share with those who were waiting in line.

There was no food being served, so that is the low rating there. The drinks and staff were great! The live jazz was a plus, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

It was a very nice visit with family. I am glad I made reservations because I do not know if we could have gone to this place without reservations. We had a nice high top table for four. Our sever Meghan was fantastic. The drinks were tasty and the ambience was nice. The noise level was good. There is a larger room that looks like it could hold no more than 25 people. We will return and try to reserve that room. NO Food that we could see which is the only downside. Would highly recommend this place.

No food ordered this trip…It’s a speakeasy with great ambience. Cool entry from the hotel lobby restaurant and really neat drinking area underneath the hotel. Sat at a hightop table (seats not that comfortable but okay) Anticipating a great dirty martini was underwhelmed with no blue cheese olives available, my wife’s moscato was warm and did not taste like moscato. So, we tried a menu specialty drink & it was better. Again, cool ambience but don’t recommend deviating from specialty menu drinks. Give it a shot because the ambience is cool but stick to the specialty drinks on the menu.

We went there for a promotion celebration, and we’re disappointed by the lack of service. The bar was not busy. The staff was just standing around. It took an extremely long time for us to receive our drinks which we came to find out had been made and we’re just sitting Letting the ice melt. My husband ordered a Sazerac, which is a classic cocktail that any good bar should be able to make, and it was made incorrectly.

Great bar! Only thing is we saw it was happy hour between 5-7pm but we got there at 645pm and was told it was over. Drinks were still great!
