   Service is great. The wait staff is professional, kind, understands the menu well, able to make great recommendations, and prompt with asks. The food is well prepared. It is a small menu, however, that assures each item is prepared to taste great. I often come here for business meetings, but I see so many others there for happy hour. I would highly recommend.

   I had such a wonderful time at Hudson house for my birthday reservation. The team took incredible care of the entire table. Our server was very personable, gave recommendations and responded to questions that we had.  It was the perfect birthday meal and ambience!

   Lucas is a fabulous server. Very personable, made good recommendations, and kept our beverages refreshed. The food is wonderful. We ordered the Beverly Salad and Fish Tacos. Dietary modifications were fulfilled, as requested. It was this first-time guest will return. Impressed!

   Wonderful food! Just wish fries were included with the burger. We visit monthly but generally eat at the bar.

   Great experience as always! Cheeseburgers are awesome and the Shrimp Dynamite appetizer is on point. This place never disappoints.

   Hudson House Las Colinas is our favorite place to go. We went for my sisters birthday and Jerrica, Carter, and Amanda went above and beyond to make her day incredibly special. She was left speechless. Our guests we had said that it was such a well oiled machine watching them all work together as a team and couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful the food was but was most impressed with the Mac and cheese. He said he will be dreaming of the mac and cheese for him to come back to. This team is amazing and can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

   All the food and drinks are delicious. We had oysters, eggs Benedict with lobster. All was perfect.

   Food quality and service were great, but there were multiple items on the menu that were not available at the time we ate.

    The food has always been top-notch at Hudson House, the servers are amazing, all the staff is very friendly and accommodating, Leidy was fantastic!
