Honey is as sweet as it sounds so we’ve created a restaurant with atmosphere, a menu with a bit of bite and a name to gets you thinking of sweet thoughts.

Here at Honey we pride ourselves on offering a modern and comfortable experience in a unique and luxurious environment, Manchester's iconic Edwin Lutyens designed building houses our 6th floor restaurant boosting skyline views of the city with a nod to the buildings banking past with a twist of art-deco theming throughout.

Awarded 2 AA Rosettes our menu offers tasty dishes, the finest wines and handcrafted cocktails that are set to welcome you like no other - using the best regional and seasonal produce matched with exquisite service which is formal but with a friendly Manchester twang.

Great service and the food was wonderful as usual, the table was nicely decorated as it was Christmas Eve. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The restaurant was quiet as we knew it would be, we were in the quieter side room as the rest of the restaurant was laid out for Christmas Day. The service was attentive, friendly and well balanced. Check out the menus as they also do afternoon tea. As we finished our meal we went upstairs to club brass so we could finish our drinks, plenty of seating and a quiet corner if you want one. All in all a nice place to visit , we certainly will again.

Food was lovely However want enough and had to ask for more sandwiches which were kindly brought Service was fine although found later on that staff were gathering together chatting rather than noticing when we needed them Overall nice experience just a little disappointing

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, the staff are all warm and polite and very accommodating, the food was superb and the whole experience was simply amazing. I would highly recommend Hotel Gotham and the Honey Restaurant for an elegant and incredible experience.

Absolutely 💯% this was a perfect venue to share our celebrations with our good friends. The food was top notch. Pretty dishes that tasted amazing. Fillet steak was off the charts...so tender and the peppercorn sauce was very different but one of the best tasted so far. Amazing drinks in the VIP bar later, thank you for the invitation.

We had afternoon tea whilst the food was nice it was nothing special .. service was good but I did feel we were out in a side room and left to it as there seemed to a function going on . Quite disappointed as we used vouchers from a gift

Had a lovely dining experience at the Honey restaurant. Very good food and friendly service. However one young waitress seemed very nervous and inexperienced. Detracted a bit from my evening.

Very hard to get attention of staff. Saucer and teapot spout had chips which you would not expect from a Hotel of that standard. Took smaller cakes away which were bagged. When we opened the bag the next day we saw they had been wrapped in tinfoil in a pile so had mashed together. Again not the standard I had expected.- very disappointed. Would not go there again and have already told people would not recommend a visit.

First time at Gotham and it didn’t disappoint, we will certainly be returning. The table setting for the 4 of us was just perfect as we could hear each other without having to shout and the food was superb. Excellent and attentive staff, well done as some of the other well known restaurants seem to have lost this and I know we have been in difficult times over the last 18mths or so but your last experience is the one you reflect on when considering where to rebook.
