Our drinks are exclusively small-estate British and European spirits and wines grown vintages, carefully selected to complement your evening. Foraging walk with Nicholas Balfe followed by cooking demo and three course lunch. Join us for the return of our well received Foraging Experiences, hosted and led by Nicholas Balfe. Meet at the restaurant for a cuppa and cookie, before heading out to one of Nicholas' favourite foraging spots in search of wild garlic and more. Upon returning to Holm, you'll be greeted with snacks and a welcome drink, whilst Nicholas guides you through a short demo of how to prepare the ingredients you have picked. We'll serve a hearty, rustic lunch and there will be a jar of wild garlic pesto to take away. Alcoholic drinks and additional soft drinks are not included in the ticket price. Please inform of us any dietary requirements ahead of the event. And do bear in mind that we will be walking outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather and bring a pair of shoes you don't mind getting muddy. We look forward to seeing you!
