Join us at HOLM Somerset for our stunning Chef's Tasting Menu. With a focus on Somerset's finest quality products from local growers and farmers, our team will guide you through a seven course menu. We can accommodate for most dietary requirements as well as enhance your meal with a supplemental signature cheese plate and/or drinks pairings. Our drinks are exclusively small-estate British and European spirits and wines grown vintages, carefully selected to complement your evening. The Autumn / Winter update of our popular summer series: Join us for a casual, keenly priced set menu, served for your table to share. You will enjoy a rustic, abundant meal, with an emphasis on hearty, comforting dishes, befitting of the season. Sample Menu: Nduja croquettes, aioli Holm charcuterie, pickled autumn vegetables Roast pumpkin, brown butter agrodulce Focaccia, garlic butter Venison lasagne Bitter leaf salad, blue cheese dressing Autumn pavlova of spiced pear, chestnuts & brown sugar meringue Please note, this is a set menu event with some dishes served to share for the table.
