    First time visiting Hoi Choi and we loved it. Food was fantastic and so much choice. Cocktails were very well made and tasty. We love the concept of ordering your dishes on the tablet every 15 mins. Gives you chance to have a rest between each order. Service was fantastic. Lovely people working there and very helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you ☺️

    So we love hoi Choi an have been many times from opening- this time we were given the iPad to order ourselves an found only 3 choices each now followed by 2 - we asked about this an why it had been reduced an was told the kitchen was backing up too much so the dishes have been limited to keep service running smoothly, which we much agree was the case, we got prompt hot food - however we didn’t enjoy the shared sauce pots on the table at all (which had been used all day by others) , much preferred the sauce served with each dish, an the salad garnishes have disappeared. Onion bhajis with no salad or mint yogurt we’re not the same. The food was all good despite this an service was much better timed but the shortcuts on sauce an salad was upsetting.

    This was my 3rd time coming, the food is 100% worth coming back for over and over again, doesn’t disappoint! The Bengali Beef Shank is a must try!! We ended up coming on a super busy night, restaurant was I’d say, fully booked up. Our server, whom we never got the name of unfortunately (he probably did tell us but it was so loud, not from music, from everyone chatting away) let us know there was a bit of wait on service from the kitchen and added extra time onto our 1hr45 this was due to how busy it was. We really appreciated that, and had no problem waiting as we could see it was crazy busy tonight. Unfortunately others around us weren’t as understanding and were rude to servers. The servers all around did their best to make sure we had everything when it came and, assured us that our food was on the way and it always was. So a big thank you to the entire team from table 13. I could see how frustrating it was dealing with certain tables around us. We were kindly discounted on our bill even then we hadn’t asked and were happy to pay in full, I noticed other tables had been looked after in similar ways and were greatly appreciative.

    Don’t appreciate going to a restaurant and having to use an I pad to basically order my food and serve myself the whole experience of going to a restaurant is to be looked after and served I might as well have gone to McDonald’s

    We've been here several times and really enjoyed it but we were disappointed this time. It's the first time we had the all you can eat menu and I sent one of the meals back it was so poor. However, we had some very good food. The Thai Green curry was fabulous, masala chips, salt and pepper chicken, spicy honey chicken, squid and chicken tikka masala were good. I would go again but not all you can eat. The smaller portions made it feel like not the best value for money, although we could've had more to eat.

    Food is very good. Service was quite slow on arrival, waited a while to be asked for drinks. We had the All you can eat menu, good value and good quality food. Would go again.

    Fantastic food and service, I took my son New Year’s Eve was a little disappointed that we could only do all you can eat, having said that each dish was delicious particularly the salt and pepper chicken and chips - will definitely be returning!
