The ambiance was fantastic, with evident thought put into every detail. The bull experience was unique and definitely one for the bucket list. However, they seemed significantly understaffed, resulting in long waits for food and drinks, and even then, the order was incorrect.

The holiday drinks were overpriced and tasted like juice, and the tables were wayyyyy too low and it became uncomfortable.. music was wayyyyyyyy too loud.. I couldn't even hear anyone talk.. definitely overrated. We just ended up going to the other bar downstairs in the hotel that had better drinks and we could hear each other.

A bit out of the way ans no parking. Facing bad area of DownTown. Service ans drinks aren't up to par for this place. Overpriced and staff seems a bit off.

Good seating options, friendly wait staff, however they need more help -service was slow. For early evening (4:30) on a Sunday, it shouldn't take 25 minutes for a drink to arrive, and then one of them was wrong. Accommodations to the bill was taken care of easily and withouthesitation. This place has potential.

Waited over 30 mins for someone to greet us and take our order. Waited over an hour for drinks and kept being told that there is only one bartender and once drinks came out they were incorrect which meant we had to wait longer. However multiple ppl behind the bar. Tried to go up to the bar and was told the drinks were coming. I understand understaffing but we planned ahead with reservations to get quality service. The manager told us the same thing about only having one bartender. Ultimately she did comp our drinks which helped the situation but at that point it was already an unfortunate experience because the place was so cute. We wanted to order food but didn’t because of the service we already received.

The place was beautifully decorated and very lively. It had a warm background and the variety of Christmas music was great. I very much enjoyed it. The food was delicious and that's something I can't say about every place in San Antonio. I had the Lobster Roll for dinner and the Seasonal Brownie Tart for dessert. I loved it so much that I can't wait to attend another event there. The only thing I wish about the place was that it had a more variety of food.

Worst service i have ever experienced. I received 1 round of drinks in over an hour and a half with me being seated immediately with a reservation. Thank god i had good company because this establishment was short staffed and disorganized. Everyone in the room was visibly annoyed. Not the vibe

Enjoyed some time visiting the peppermint peak popup on opening night, which was not staffed appropriately. We never had service from a waiter even when we asked. It also took 45 minutes to receive a drink. However, when this came to the hostess's attention she did an amazing job recovering. It is a minimal popup featuring some signature drinks, along with two small corners of Christmas decor and garland above the bar.

Our group of 4 waited 30 minutes for our drinks, then they forgot one of our drinks entirely which then took ANOTHER 30 minutes to make. S/o to our server though, he was very apologetic and comped 2 of the drinks because they took so long. This was at 5:30 PM and there were only 2 other parties there. Other guests were clearly irritated as well. Probably wouldn’t go back — SAFoodie hyped up this place too much.
