    Nice restaurant on Route 66 near GSP. Tables and booths spacious arranged. Great appetizers and good Pho. Would return. Definitely best Vietnamese in the area.

    My husband and I were looking forward to our Friday night dinner date. The unusual smell upon entering should have been a red flag. The smell is like an overwhelming chemical disinfectant aroma...aimed at masking the smell of a bathroom. There were several minutes of unnecessary confusion amongst the staff at the host stand. Guest were piling up, not getting seated. No one really seemed to know what was going on. When we were finally seated, we were told that we could scan the QR code for the menu, but we were also offered a physical menu. The menu was dirty and sticky. The server informed us that many of the items weren't available from the physical menu and the prices were no longer accurate. Why even give these out? We ordered two beers. Our server came back not once, not twice, but three times to clarify what type of wine we had ordered, when we had ordered 2 beers. After the second check in, we were so confused as to what was happening. We had little faith that the drink order would be correct. Next we placed our dinner orders. Not only did the server not have any knowledge about the menu, he could not answer very basic questions. The drinks delivered to our table were not what we ordered. The beers were luke-warm and tasted flat or stale...or both. At this point, there were too many red flags to feel comfortable about the quality of the service and more importantly the food. My husband and I informed the staff at the host stand that we were leaving. Their only response was "we understand", so I'm sure we're not the first and we definitely won't be the last. To say this was an absolute disappointment is an understatement. We will never be returning....do not waste your time....do not recommend.

    2nd time there in two weeks. Food is delicious, nice variety of beers and drinks, friendly service. Really a great meal and great ambiance

    Our reservations were for a Saturday night at 6:30 PM for four people. The Restaurant was extremely crowded and we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for our table. We went to the bar and I ordered a tequila on the rocks. The tequila was $16 and they charged four dollars for a few ice cubes, which I thought was excessive. The noise level was mind numbing. The kitchen was extremely backed up and they brought food out whenever it was ready. I had my appetizer and meal before anybody else was served. The server was very apologetic, but things were out of her control. The food was very good, just served in a haphazard order. They are only open six weeks and hopefully they’ll get their act together.

    My wife and I had a terrific experience here. The food was great, our server Sue was outstanding, and the ambiance inside the restaurant is very cool. We will definitely be back!

    Service from the bar was horrendous. It took twenty minutes to get two glasses of wine. The server was apologetic, so this review is not of the server but of the bartender. Food wise - it’s delicious. Bao tacos and spring rolls were great. Very fresh.
