HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails.     Booked a table 11 days prior to our dinning experience. Picked this restaurant because of the ambience. Well sitting in the service/ soft drink station, the ambience was lacking. It was also cold in that area. Our server was wonderful, the food ok, but when we left and walked through the rest of the place, that was what I was expecting!!

    Had another great dinner here. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Service was great, food was yummy, & we love the atmosphere. Will recommend to everyone. Definitely try the tortilla soup and the bread pudding!

    We dine here often and always enjoy the atmosphere and the food. However we frequently find the service to be spotty. Some visits we have amazing servers and others like last night our server was aloof and not engaged. She seemed to only be going through the motions.

    It was another “WIN” 🏆for Haywire-Plano. I made a reservation for 8 and of course additional guest arrived at the last minute and instead of panicking, I ask the staff if my guests and I could request a larger table and this was during their happy hour and the staff was swift to accommodate and move us to a table for 13 on the patio. Weather was perfect for having dinner on the patio! Haywire Staff came through AGAIN…. They were Amazing!🤩 Food and Drinks were phenomenal! My dinner guests were happy and full!

    Everything once seated was A+. 35min wait from our reservation showed how busy they were but the food and service made up for it
