    Worst experience I have ever had at Harry’s. Quality of the chicken was awful, had to send chips back as they were cold. Waited 30 minutes then had to ask again for ice for my drink. Waited a long time to be served was sat under 2 heaters to be told a staff member would come and turn them on for them to then say out of the 4 heaters outside only 3 worked. Awful experience

    I’ve always enjoyed dining at Harry’s as the food and service is usually great. Unfortunately, today’s experience was far below the standard I’m used to. The real issue was the service. The waiter in the black suit was rude and unprofessional. We were left with our finished plates for over 15 minutes, completely ignored. When we finally asked him to come over and talk about the food as it completely lacked flavour, he simply put his hand up in my partners face and said ‘I’m busy.’ When my partner pointed out how disrespectful that was, the waiter called him rude and muttered more rude comments under his breath. It wasn’t just us either, other diners in that section were being ignored too, some people even got up and left due to the poor service. We spoke to the manager who was friendly and apologetic and kindly wiped our bill, which we appreciated. However the waiter’s behavior is concerning and needs to be addressed. He either needs serious customer service training or should reconsider his role in hospitality. I hope this is looked into so others don’t have to experience such poor treatment. This was a very distasteful experience for a restaurant I have so many fond memories in.

    The quality of the food was good but service slow. Finished main course and waited over 10 minutes for plates to be cleared. Caught attention of someone who I am assuming was a manager and asked for the plates to be cleared. He was extremely rude, claimed my parter had shouted at him then promptly advised he was closing our table and would bring the bill. No option to have a dessert or additional drink, we had not gone over the allocated time slot at the table.

    Me and my mom had a lovely dinner and were very well looked after by Aiyana! She gave great knowledge and always smiling and approachable! Unfortunately it was another guest nearby that was behaving very badly towards the team and being loud and rude and affecting other guests experiences. Well done to everyone who still kept their smiles and to the manager that told the guest that they don’t tolerate bad behaviour towards the team! More of that in hospitality 👏

    Always a favourite when we are in London visiting from the north. Ambiance staff service menu choice & food always so good. We will return thank you

    Poor food quality and service,no one asked during meal if all ok,13.5 % added to bill for the pleasure!,certainly won’t be returning,bought a pizza stating Gorgonzola and black truffle niether were present,just ma massive amount of spinach,wife food barley warm

    What a fab evening food was unreal and they was so helpful as my daughter is gluten free and they accommodated to her needs
