   Very fun pop up concept. Ambience was excellent. We were early for our reservation so opted to dine at the bar. Alex our mixologist and waiter was fabulous. He was very patient in explaining the ins and outs of the featured drinks menu and discussing food options with us. Was a great Tuesday night outing.

   My wife and I enjoyed dinner, though I thought it was probably a bit overpriced. I had a really delicious gin cocktail. We enjoyed the curry coconut butter with bread and shared a braised beef dumpling appetizer. My wife got a mushroom risotto that she said was delicious and I got the Chilean Sea Bass with curry that was really good (it did have a pretty good kick to it). My major knock on this restaurant was the noise level. We found it tough to carry on a conversation and I couldn't hear what the waiter was asking several times. Not ideal for a date night.

   The Alice in Wonderland theme is spectacular. The food was good, but not as flavorful as we have had in the past. The BLT was so hard to eat. I wish the dumplings were available for lunch - they are delish! Our server lacked personality and did not smile the entire time we were seated. Bartender was awesome. We will be back soon, we will just order different menu items.

   I went to Hamp & Harry's this past Saturday with a friend for the Alice In Wonderland themed pop up experience for Brunch. From the creative and curious ( ;) ) cocktails to the chef curated themed entrees and small bites everything was delicious and very on theme. The staff were all very kind, attentive, and helpful. The ambience of the restaurant was truly everything and so much fun. I will definitely keep an eye on the pop up events coming in the future and return with more people, hungry to try more!

   We went for the pop up they were having. Decorated really pretty. Service was slow. Took a while to get first drink. Main dish the chicken, wasn’t great, dry at best. Still a fun experience, will go back, but will order differently.

   Went for my birthday and the experience of Alice and Wonderland. It was not what I expected. There were no characters and nothing exciting about it. Just some decor on the walls and ceiling. It is advertised to be a lot more than it really is. I ordered a burger which came out raw. The waiter took it back to the kitchen and when it was brought back to me it was a child's size burger and the manager said "I hope this is cooked more to your liking". I was never asked how I would like my burger cooked. Raw is not cooked. This is a very over priced establishment. I would highly recommend spending your hard earned $250 elsewhere. I will not be back.

   I really enjoyed the Alice & Wonderland popup. It was my first time at Hamp & Harry’s, and I’ll definitely be back. The food was delicious. My only disappointment was they ran out of the soda used to make the drink I wanted, but I chose another that was great.

    As we stepped into Hamp & Harry's on a languid Sunday afternoon, the air thick with anticipation and the promise of a culinary adventure, we found ourselves thrust into a theater of the absurd. The maître d', a young man with all the decisiveness of a weathervane in a hurricane, initially declared the booths—those coveted islands of privacy—fully occupied. Yet, as if by gastronomic sorcery, the manager materialized, and lo, a booth appeared from the ether. The waitstaff, it seemed, had taken a vow of unhurried service. Time stretched like an overworked piece of mozzarella as we waited for our libations, then our sustenance, then any acknowledgment of our continued existence. One could have written a novella in the interstitial moments between courses. When the food finally graced our presence, it arrived with all the fanfare of a B-list celebrity at a county fair. My double burger, allegedly adorned with a "special sauce," was about as special as a beige wall in a doctor's waiting room. The fries, its sidekick, were unremarkable enough to fade from memory even as I consumed them. My dining companion's French omelette, accompanied by what I can only describe as a salad's distant cousin and potatoes cut with all the precision of a blindfolded sous chef, did little to elevate the experience. As we navigated the labyrinthine process of procuring and settling our check, I couldn't help but reflect on the irony of a restaurant named Hamp & Harry's, where neither ham nor hair-raising excitement made an appearance. In the grand tapestry of culinary experiences, this meal will be remembered not as a vibrant thread, but as a loose end, best trimmed and forgotten. Hamp & Harry's, I fear, is less a destination and more a cautionary tale—a place where time goes to die and taste buds go to retire.
