Love love love a full vegan restaurant. Ambience and decor was awesome. But tbh we were a little disappointed with some of the dishes. The broccolini stems were tough and chewy and the linguine came out undercooked and also lukewarm. Actually not even the tofu part came out nice and piping hot. Also we booked online with Open Table and let them know it was our Anniversary because it said “let us know so we spoil you”… but nothing was mentioned by the wait staff so not sure if they even read the booking details? Saw all the 5 star reviews so hopefully we just visited on an off night. Love and peace.

The food here is always so good. I came with a group of volunteering peers and they all enjoyed it.

The food was amazing. I had the oyster mushroom calamari which had so much flavour. The house made Kewpie mayo was delightful too. Next was the linguine carbonara. It was so creamy, silky and mouthwateringly delicious. For dessert I had the pistachio pannacotta with a raspberry coolie. It was so smooth, with just the right amount of wobble. The combination of the textures was a party in the mouth. The wait staff were all so friendly and very efficient. The meals came out swiftly, but with enough time in between before the next course. Just moved to Melbourne and trying out different vegan restaurants. This came up on Happy Cow. I think this will be a regular place for dinner. Thank you Green Man Arms!

I took my daughter to Green Man's Arms for dinner last night and had a great experience. The waitstaff were attentive and warm and the service was prompt without being rushed. The restaurant had a nice ambience - just the right amount of light so you could read the menu without being too bright, noise level was fine and tables well spaced. I had the pasta with parsnip puree and toasted hazelnuts which was delish, and my daughter ordered the veg caesar salad - also really tasty with interesting details like pickled celery! I felt the menu was well priced, including the wine list. Cocktails were standard prices and very good. Overall a great night. We will be back!
