   The food is very very good. The service is uneven. Used dishes left on the table too long. Water service slow on refills. BUT the noise level is terrible. Please consider sound deadening options.

   We love Grata! The food is always on point, the staff is amazing, and it is one of the best place to eat in Windsor.

   The food we ordered was prepared perfectly and was so delicious. We had two appetizers, octopus with fave beans and capers and crab balls with caviar and sauce - both yummy; so glad we ordered them. My husband had the chicken Parmesan with pasta and I had the Italian burger..... we were bit contented. We were celebrating my honey's birthday. When I made the reservations on-line, I let them know it was his birthday. It was very special because when we were seated, the host wished him a happy birthday then our server came after and wished him a happy birthday as well. My husband was soooo surprised. As another surprise, they brought a cappuccino cup with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream with a lit candle and wished him a happy birthday. WOW; they went above and beyond. The ice cream was so creamy and actually the best vanilla bean ice cream I have ever tasted. Before we exited, my husband was so thankful, he went to shake our server's hand to thank him. So, we do recommend this place for the food and everything else. We appreciate our great evening at Grata Italian Eatery.

   Truly outstanding food and service. We always sit on the patio (it's quieter) and they've got plenty of heaters to make it comfortable. We have never had anything less than outstanding meals at Grata.

   We decided to try someplace new (for us...) for Restaurant Week and Grata was the place we picked. We were not disappointed! Grata is fantastic! As vegetarians, Restaurant Week menus can often be tricky and sometimes there's nothing for us at all. Not so with Grata. The entire specialty menu was vege and we ordered everything on it. The meal was fantastic, from appetizers to dessert and everything in between! The service was also top notch. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is charming and had a very "locals hangout" feel to it. We will definitely be back and will bring friends as well!

   We went here for restaurant week and the food was excellent. The tiramisu was especially good.

   Went during Restaurant week. Food was excellent and portions were generous. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recomend it

    Grata is a warm and welcoming place to eat. The staff is friendly and efficient. On our current visit, we particularly enjoyed the special crab arancini appetizer, the white anchovy bruschetta, and the cacio e pepe pasta. Delicious!
