Cedar House Pub is located within the beautiful Granlibakken Tahoe resort and is open to guests and anyone looking for a great meal. It is known for its gastro pub menu prepared by an award-winning culinary team. Indoor and seasonal outdoor seating available or surprise your family with a delectable to-go dinner. We offer many dining options for those with specialized dietary needs, family-style meals, and choices for little humans’ distinguished pallets.

A great atmosphere awaits you in Cedar House Pub, featuring a warm wood fire in the winter months, a well stocked bar, and large windows looking out into Granlibakken's quiet, private valley which is surrounded by fir trees and pines.

Our Cedar House Deck is open seasonally. Breakfast buffet served daily in GranHall.

    Great experience! Food was good. A ham or prime rib option would have been great too, but the sides and soup were spectacular. The hors d' oeuvres were a little lackluster though. But great environment and service. Very family friendly.

    Nice casual restaurant. Friendly service and excellent food. The Ahi appetizer in a cone is a must. The trout was fresh and prepared with a curry sauce ane fresh tomatoes. Th Schnitzel is a favorite. Wine is a deal here with the glass/bottle prices being very reasonable. We ate outside on the deck this time but the inside is cozy. It’s great to have a place in Tahoe City with a variety of good meal choices, friendly service, fair prices and where you can also make a reservation!

    Love this hidden gem…great food and drink! Tuna is great in the comes. Incredible spicy margaritas! And coconut margaritas!! Great spot!!

    Food was excellent. Bartender was personable and helpful. Our waiter seemed busy with a larger table ave wasn’t very responsive. Pretty atmosphere surrounded in a wooded area.

    We loved our experience here, the entire staff worked wonderful together And we’re very attentive to us. It really was an enjoyable evening. Both the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend.

    Amazing place with fantastic food and super friendly service! We were a party of 6 and tried different Entree positions - everything was delicious. We were so excited from the first night that we came the next day also!

    Best kept secret on the Lake! The ambience, food and service can’t be beat! Done on the outside deck in the summer or inside by the fireplace in the cool temps or winter! Always a great experience.
