Two of our party ordered the beef which was quite tough. The staff acknowledged this and didn’t charged for it. It’s new to the menu so they were having some teething problems with how it’s cooked. Atmosphere was lovely as always, and we had a lovely corner table, which suited perfectly for a family catch up meal.

Staff lovely but food presented was stale and cold like it had be heated up in microwave.....very disappointing on this occasion

Food in good. Very crowded and tables very close together. Makes having a conversation difficult. Could do with additional staff or more training. Asked 3 times for additional coffee & tea. Would be good to check in with customers.

Not great today, seated upstairs, which I prefer, service was good initially, gave our order and served quickly, luckily enough , as a large noisy group arrived just after us, we struggled to have a conversation, with out 88 year old mother, food was nice, we would have like desert, , more coffees but couldn’t get the staff attention, so we decided to pay bill and leave,

Met for Brunch with 2 friends, we booked at table for 11.30am, brought to table and were left to check out menu, we had to call a waitress to place our order, the food arrived before the drinks. Felt the service could be better and there was a baby shower being set up when we were there too so it was a bit noisy. I felt the food could have been warmer, I did not complain as we had waited for it and our hot drinks!

Food was good but the service was bad. The restaurant was quiet so there was no reason for the bad service. Staff were standing around talking instead of looking after their customers it was very frustrating to watch.
