Our waiter, Alex, was excellent as was where the apps (Oyster Rockefeller and meatballs) and the pizza!

I took one star off regarding one of the host that was very rude to my boyfriend and I . She had a really not pleasant face and a whole attitude when we first walked in .Also did not greet us even if we did greet her with all the respect and the love .For her description she had dreadlocks and was an African American black ladies and worked yesterday on pm shift 2/27/25 same time when we came from dinner.Other than that , our service was great . Our servers had a very cute Italian accent and were very nice with us food and drinks were amazing ❤️.

I took my Mom to Hell’s Kitchen for dinner last night to celebrate her birthday weekend. Overall - highly recommend checking them out! Especially for a special occasion. Here’s my breakdown: Ambience - The restaurant itself is beautiful, there is a lovely lounge area downstairs that creates a great atmosphere for conversation while waiting for the table to be ready, and the upstairs dining area is equally beautiful. And of course the views are gorgeous being right on the water. Ask for a table by the windows. Service - We were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we arrived and our server was also very nice. Unfortunately, it was so busy and it didn’t seem like she was able to check in with us as often as she probably should have. We only had one drink and we were never asked if we wanted another. But honestly, I was more focused on the food lol. Drinks - My Mom and I both ordered the Fujiwharra Effect which is a rum drink. And it was subpar. It almost tasted like a mocktail rather than an alcoholic beverage. It was very gingery and didn’t taste like any liquor was in it at all. We didn’t get an opportunity to get another drink so we just had water the rest of the night. Food - Amazing! Literally everything we had was absolutely delicious. My Mom had the braised short rib which was so tender and flavorful. I had the salmon and oh my goodness - so good. We shared the brussel sprouts and the mac n cheese (note-our meals came with sides but we wanted to try out the other options). Both sides we got were so good. A must try for sure. I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu. Dessert - I can’t recall the name of the cheesecake that we ordered but it was lemon and blueberry based. It was sooooo good. Very creamy texture and delicious flavor. They were also nice enough to bring out a small birthday cake for my Mom which was also really good. I think it might have been their toffee dessert.

The server was not very nice and we had to remind him the two bottles of wine we ordered had not been served after waiting.Food was good

Just an incredible experience from start to finish. Our waiter August provided incredible service, the food was incredible, and we even got complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. 10/10

The wait staff was impeccable however the food was a bit over seasoned (salty) and the 20% service charge even before applying the tip for the wait staff was overzealous…. Not a fan of the excessive charges

Food was not worth the prices. I've had much better fine dining meals for $400 (before tip) for 2 people than I had at Hell's Kitchen. Even ordered their signature dishes. Shame. I was really looking forward to it.

Service was slower than expected. The restaurant was not busy. After we mentioned to the staff that we had recently dined at Hell’s Kitchen Caesar’s Palace, the service seemed to have improved. The food was very good. We were celebrating our 41st Anniversary. We had a nice dining experience.
