   Very nice experience. Comfortable seating pleasant severs. Strange techno music playing but they must have turned it down at some point as it didn’t interfere with our conversation. Very tasty food. Cost a little more than I had anticipated but overall good experience. We will return and try other menu items. Plus parking is easy in the lots behind the restaurant.

   Cool interior but frantic experience with glaring food safety issues. Instead of having one clear waiter, we had multiple people “helping” who clearly weren’t communicating well with each other. Everything felt very frantic. They brought us the wrong dumplings, and it was so impossible to get anyone’s attention to rectify the issue that we just let it go. The bulgogi is not thin at all; it was thicker than skirt steak and had almost no flavor. They cook the meat for you, but it’s so dark that it’s difficult to know just how cooked it is. They put the bulgogi and shrimp on the cooktop at the same time, used the same tongs for both, used scissors that were dirty when brought to our table and were used for other tables as well, and I had to ask that they separate the cooked bulgogi from the still-raw shrimp. The fried rice was basically just overcooked white rice with some random stuff mixed in, including what appeared to be ham in the non-veggie version. If you’ve never been to Korean BBQ, you might like it. If you have, not worth the trip.

   It’s clear that the owners and staff have put a great deal of effort into creating a thoughtful and memorable dining experience, and I truly appreciate their hospitality. The ambiance and service were good. However, we were disappointed to find that the menu did not reflect traditional Korean BBQ. The food did not align with what we had hoped for, especially given the high price point. If you’re looking for a Korean BBQ experience, this is not the best fit—but if you’re open to a different take on "Korean"-inspired cuisine, you may still enjoy what they offer. We will not be returning.

   Very good experience, service and food was excellent. We came on Valentine’s Day so it was busy and we had a reservation but still had to wait about a half hour after to be sat. Other than that great place. Will be back

   Gogi in Westport was a fantastic experience. The drinks were on point, perfectly balanced and refreshing. The food was packed with flavor, from the juicy bulgogi to the melt-in-your-mouth ribeye. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

   If we didn't already wait 20 min past our reservation time to be seated I would of asked for another table. View of the kitchen from one side, bathroom from the other, and piled high racks of hopefully clean glasses in the dishwasher racks right immediately to our side. Clearly not the best seat in the house for spending 360.00 for a party of 2 (who don't drink) Apps and dessert were outstanding. Staff was very friendly. I got up to use the restroom and the guy was already cooking our food, started cooking without me even seated. We did the butchers selection for our bbq, meats were very underwhelming, waygu was ok, filet was inedible very strong overwhelming marinade, the rest was very chewy and over cooked but that's probably on us we should of mentioned we prefer our meats on the more rare side.might come back for maybe a lunch with some apps and try a different meat selection, indecisive if its worth a second try.
