                    Great food, great service. The owner directed to us to a lovely bottle of very fairly priced wine to complement our meal. It's always a treat to go to Ginger.

                    On the way to dinner my Lyft driver asked if I eat at Ginger often. I told him yes, because the food and service are consistently good. Friday was no exception. I made a reservation but there were open seats in the bar so I took those instead as I prefer the atmosphere and round tables in there. My friend and I were meeting for drinks and food before seeing a show at the PAC. The wine was excellent, and I always love the banana lemongrass soup. I would have tried the soup of the day but was told it was not gluten-free because it had chicken broth. Chicken broth doesn't normally contain gluten, so I thought that was odd but whatever. I tried the seared ahi, which apparently was off the menu for a while. The creamy sauce was delicious but the flavor profile of the ahi itself left something to be desired. But really, I'm nit-picking. Ginger is a great spot and I'm glad it's still there after all these years. Cheers!

                    Went for birthdays and enjoyed everything! Food was wonderful. Even though our apps didn’t come out at first the server took care of it. We have a great experience.

                    Our server Derek was very professional while being fun and friendly. His dining recommendations were on point, as well (even though the habanero sauce was not quite as hot as we were expecting ;-)). The food and drinks were the best we have ever had at Ginger. Nobody cared that our group was dressed in Halloween costumes and Ginger will remain one of our top dining spots in Anchorage!

                    The was delicious, I got the Pork Choo, which was full of flavor but only 8pm and seemed like a small portion for $56

                    The restaraunt is one of our favorites. It seemed a bit busy and short staffed this time. We were seated quickly, served water right away but then, it was 20 minutes before our server was able to take our order. The food was very good and ample portions. The lettuce roles were supposed to come with a peanut sauce, we think, but ours came with a yellow curry sauce. The fresh Spring roles and sauce were fantastic. The Panang Beef curry was great. The flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake for my birthday was amazing.

                    It was slooow. An event in town and the owners/managers decided to get greedy and fill the place up without the needed staff. Nothing about the evening was nice except the staff continuously apologizing . We are regular visitors as a part of our date night rotation. We will not return.

                    Have been coming here since they opened in 2007. Bring friends and family all the time. Spent a lot of $$$ over the years, and have never had an issue. Last night was horrible, service was slow, waited almost hour and a half to get food, 1 entree was wrong, soup and 1 other entree were sub par. We were hungry wanted to order again, Manager came to table, flustered and said they were very busy, I replied I understand, but that is not my problem. He proceeded to tell me I was talking rudely to him and that I could leave his restaurant. He went on to say that there was nothing wrong with the food we ordered. As long as we have been coming here, not once ave we ever sent something back .I was completely taken aback by his lack of professionalism. People sitting next to us were absolutely shocked at the way he treated us as well. All we wanted was to re-order and get something quickly and have someone be kind and professional!!! We did not want the whole bill comped, but that is what he did!! $240!!! That was not very smart on his part!! We left, went across the street to eat somewhere else. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK HERE!! Sorry, but it is not the customers fault if you are short handed or too busy to give good service.
