This was a terrible experience from start to finish. They were not able to make cocktails off menu. I ordered for a dirty vodka martini and it tasted awful. I sent it back and ordered a Lambrusco which came warm and in a very tiny glass. The bread they served was tasteless and cold. I got about 9 mussels as an appetizer that were not hot. The seared Bass ordered for an entree was inedible due to how hard it was (I couldn’t even cut into it with a steak knife). There was no fish flesh to be consumed. My friend also ordered the Bass and it was fine. The majority of this dish was polenta which was not hot nor seasoned well. The service was ok. I do think our server was over burdened with tables and was not set up for success. He did the best he could. They removed my fish and martini from the bill. I would not recommend nor will I return.

Food quality and service have definitely dropped off. Very noticeable this year. We heard their old manager left. Mussel appetizer was very fish and they served some of them with cracked shells. The first batch of bread they brought felt and tasted like it was from the day before. Almost croutons. The pizzas are so small our son had to order a second one. Our seafood risotto was good just very small portion for $36. Wait staff all seemed very new and didn’t know the specials or the menu very well. This place has always been when of our favorites as I have written many very positive reviews for them in the past. I spoke with some locals on the chair lift and they used to love this place as well but have stopped going.

The server was good and attentive. There was a reason we could get a table. The food was somewhere between Olive Garden and a microwave dinner. However, it was overpriced, so there’s that. I don’t expect this place to make it unless more unsuspecting tourists book it.

Calamari and bread was good. Our entres were bland and underwhelming. My salmon was burnt and completely charred and my husband's chicken in his Alfredo was tough and chewy. They offered a free dessert on the house and I absolutely love tiramisu but theirs was mostly custard in a cup. We were sad dinner didn't go well tonight.

Staff was great, place beautifull, food horrible. Looks to me as recicle food. Chicken taste like an old chicken, steak tasted like chicken kidney. Well december 31 dinner a bad experience. Sorry to tell but is the true, 280 dollas paid and we left all the food. They noticed it as all plates were full and should have not charge us, but they did.
