   We had a great evening out at Gezellig. This is our 4th visit over the years. The menu was lovely with many options. Our server assisted us in wine selection and we were not disappointed. I had the duck which was amazing and my husband says the salmon was delicious. Gezellig is tried and true for us and we will come again.

   Very nice setting. Outstanding service. Delicious food, with just the right amount of seasoning. Smallish portion.

   Our braised short rib was dry and chewy. Everything else was divine. We really enjoyed our evening. Thanks. Just thought you should know.

   My sisters and I took my mom here for her 55th birthday. It was the first time for all of us and we were blown away by the hospitality, the service, and the delicious food. The staff seemed to work together and everyone took turns helping us choose items, topping up our wine, and bringing our dessert with a little celebratory candle. My water was always full, plates appeared and were cleared in a timely fashion, and they didn’t mind that we were taking our time and enjoying. The staff is courteous, polite, and engaged. The food is magnificent and evidently prepared with love and care. Table settings are laid out meticulously. Glasses and cutlery are polished. The lighting is gentle. They have struck a perfect balance :)

    Each dish is wonderfully prepared with care! The presentation and tastes are always top notch every time we dine here. I will say, that the portion sizes have decreased in size over the last few years. With food costs rising, perhaps this is to be expected? However, other fine dining establishments are similar pricing for a 25-35% more food. So something to consider. I think that if you are looking to go with friends and share a few appetizers and main courses, this would be ideal since you can try all their wonderful options on the menu without getting too stuffed!
