   The ambiance is quiet and familiar, with music playing in the background. The food was amazing and I would recommend the Shrimp and Grits to everyone!! My husband fell in love with the collard green salsa that came with the Queso/chips. Our food while somewhat familiar, had been elevated to perfection! And dessert was exquisite!!! All In all i will recommend AND visit again!!!

   The space is beautiful. The new menu was amazing. I really enjoyed the chicken dinner and pitmaster, mac.

   Food was excellent. Starters are great to share amongst a group. Great variety of options for entrees and could tell made with fresh ingredients. Service was timely and attentive. Beverage menu with many speciality cocktails to select as well as beer and wine. Would highly recommend! Great option for dinner!

   Arrived early for our reservation. Despite plenty of open tables, we waited at least 10 minutes before water was served. The restaurant was FREEZING, so we ultimately left a tip for the water and left without ordering. Keep in mind this is an open restaurant in a hotel lobby. Likely won’t go back.

   I really wanted to give a fantastic review. We had reservations for my daughter’s birthday. The atmosphere is beautiful. However the service was extremely slow. Our server forgot a few ordered items and barely spent anytime at our table. They were also out of a main menu entree (the steak). The entire experience left us all underwhelmed.

   We choose Gathre for the ambiance and good food, and it didn’t disappoint - mostly. The charcuterie tray felt lacking with only four tiny (not much bigger than a crouton) pieces of bread, a few slices of cured meats, and a few pieces of cheese. It also included artichoke hearts which I have never had on a charcuterie tray and while I don’t mind them, wouldn’t want them included on one in the future. We both loved our entrees (fettuccine and the heritage chicken) and our desserts (pots de crem and the lemon tiramisu). It’s a little pretentious to only have bottled water available, but we would still come again.

   I think they are going through a chef/menu transition. We looked at the menu online and got very excited about the options only to be very disappointed when we got the actual menu at the restaurant and it had shrunk to 5 options and 1 of those wasn't available. For the price we paid, it was disappointing to be limited to 2 pastas, a steak and a roasted chicken dish.

    We got our second course and waiter hadnt even come to get our drink orders yet. The timing was way off and we felt rushed. Our server didnt hardly speak to us until our dessert came. Food was great but timing and service was not the best.
