    For the first time in years, the food was not to the Galpao Gaucho standard. The meat was not cooked correctly. The cheese bread had no flavor, I spent most of my time waiting for the waiters to stop by to offer a piece of meat.

    Food had no flavor. I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses so I have a decent foundation of what the food should taste like. The sides were so bland, the meat had no flavor, the picanha and plantain were the best part about the meal. We had no idea who our server was and no one came to formally greet us. Will not be returning here again.

    This place was OK. I’m really not sure I’d go there again. The chicken was really dry, the chimuchurri was like taco palenque pico - definitely not chimichurri - and for whatever reason my boyfriend and I noticed that once we were given one cut of meat the waiters seemed to pass us over several times with the same cut which doesn’t really happen at other Brazilian steakhouses. Could be that the place is just small, not really sure but normally it’s just a better experience. The bartender was cool and the server was nice I feel like they just generally could have done a better job. Sort of lame just spending upwards of $200 and then sort of reflecting and stating that we could have just waited for Chauma to open up the day after Christmas and had the real experience we were looking for. So just kind of a bummer.

    The food was great, super juicy. The server coulve been more attentive & we also waited a while for steak to come out when our cards were green. I really wish dessert was included in the "full experience"

    Don't overdo at the excellent salad bar! While the fixin's are tempting, the pao de quejo savory, and the jalapeno poppers tasty, leave plenty of room for the perfectly cooked steaks, lamb chops, pork ribs, bacon-wrapped chicken, and crispy sausages. And leave a tiny bit of space for a generous slice of chocolate mousse cake. You've been warned!

    We specifically picked this restaurant because my husband is pescatarian. He ordered the salmon and the shrimp and didn’t get the salmon until almost everyone had finished eating. When we asked the server about the shrimp, he said it was going to take another 15-20 minutes and we never received the shrimp.

    This was our third time dining ar Galpao Gaucho and unfortunately it'll be our last. The meats were decent but the service and experience was underwhelming. There were times where I'd wait 10 minutes before the meats came to our table. Our server seemed disengaging and wouldn't be found at times. We waited 15 minutes for our check but couldn't find our server so we had to flad the hostess to get our bill. For the price we paid, the service could have been better

    Food and service wasn't good we waited a long time for our waitress to come and ask about our drinks and to explain the process had my card on green and they kept on coming asking if we want it X type of meat

    I’ve been to all of the Brazilian Steakhouses in town. This is the worst, and it’s not close. No super clean, rocking tables, cheap looking small portions on the salad bar, and the cuts of meat don’t look fresh because they don’t have enough customers to keep up with it.
