Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

    What a gem. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star way more than other restaurants like Rosetta which is over hyped. This is real creativity in the reinvention of classics with a unique Mexican flair. The waggyu tartar and the mushrooms are not to be missed

    Mind blowing. We had about 8 courses divided by 4 of us and everything was unique and delicious.

    Deliciosa comida, buena selección de vinos y spirits. La comida con combinaciones interesantes que no esperas sean tan deliciosas, sin duda volveré a probar otros alimentos.

    Fui a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa, nos atendieron de lujo y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, disfrutamos mucho la experiencia.

    This was one of the best meals I have ever had, the design of the restaurant is beautiful, the food is perfectly prepared and plated like art. I will definitely be dining here again. My only wish would be that the cocktails included a description.
