Fuji at WoC is the flagship location of JP Fuji Group, located in Quincy, Massachusetts.

This location is unique because in an exclusively enclosed section of the restaurant is the Private Chefs Kitchen. Here, guests can enjoy Omakase—a Japanese phrase that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you.'

The full menu offers sushi dishes, wok-tossed entrees, lunch specials and a full bar list.

The Fuji at WoC chefs can also create custom menus of sushi, appetizers and wok-tossed dishes for catered events.

I was throughly impressed by this restaurant. Not only was it a trendy chic vibe with modern architecture and trendy music playing, but the food was fresh and you could tell the chef cared about each plate. The service was also phenomenal and attentive. You could tell they care about you having a great experience and pay attention to every detail at Fuji. 5 Stars

We only have sushi, which is evenly good. The Seared Sake Toro the best. The service is spectacular.

The fiid was delicious. Highly recommend short rib and rice pot and the pork dumplings and the volcanic sushi. Our server was excellent and very helpful helping us select our food. Can’t wait to go back

Our server was excellent. We had a friend who was gluten intolerant so he made sure the entire table was “safe”. He was eager to help! Great service. And tasty! Felt special

Overall had a wonderful experience but a little disappointed that our waiter came up to us and asked us whose birthday it was and had us pick a dessert from the menu… We were under the impression that since the waiter encouraged this, that the dessert would be on the house, but we then got charged $15.50 for the dessert… otherwise everything else was great.

We were looking forward to our special night at Fuji and we were really disappointed. This was not the first time we had gone to the restaurant but it will be the last. It took a while for the wait staff to come over to our table, I love the Hamachi collar and they usually only have a few orders available so I wanted to get my request in early, I finally got someones attention. Lucky for me there were two orders left. I'm glad I got one since it was the highlight of the meal for me. It was pretty much downhill for the rest of the evening. The Bao buns had barley anything in them. The pork belly was as thin as a piece of bacon. The edamame had no salt on them and lacked flavor. The Vegetable tempura was ok but nothing special, best described as soggy by my wife. The Toro was a mess, it looked like it was hacked instead of sliced. When you pay over $21 for a order of Sashimi you expect it to taste and look good. This was not the case. The rest of the sushi was ok tasting but presentation was poor. Sushi is a form of art and this was not art. The servers at most sushi places point out to you what you have on your platter, this was just dropped off. $360 dollars later I'm done with Fuji at any of their locations.
