Absolutely lovely. The food was the best Italian food I’ve had in NYC in my 25 years of living here. The service .was warm, friendly and spot on (hats off to Nick). An absolute delight. I cannot wait to go back.

Terrible. Food took forever , it was totally inappropriate. The acoustics were awful. Terrible experience all around.

Frankie's is always top notch. Great service and great food as well as a nice ambiance always makes Frankie's such a pleasant experience. We have been going there for ten years and will continue to come back!

The manager, Aaron, was friendly & fantastic and made sure we well taken care of. Melinda, our server, was the perfect blend of being efficient & attentive, but yet allowing us space to talk / catch up. It was a Friday night so had the potential of being really loud, but we were seated in the back area, which was perfect. A friend who had eaten at Frankie's before recommended the Cavatelli with Hot Sausage & Browned Sage Butter. Delicious!
