I enjoy going to go to ciao on a regular basis but giving a holiday may not have been the best decision as the restaurant seems short staffed The food quality is excellent, and the salad bar alone is a meal is a feast in itself

We went there for Christmas brunch but only Dinner was available. But we enjoyed delicious food with Very good service.

The host was slot to get the table setup. There were people waiting 20 minutes past their reservation time, over 7 table to clean up to seat the people waiting. Once we seated the service was very good.

Poor service. My son was excited to celebrate his 15 th birthday at Fogo di Chão. Upon arrival our servant brought us drinks and left. He was no where to be found. After some time of not being acknowledged, we flagged down a different sever to bring us extra sides. Then, the men serving the meats bypassed us several times We had to Flag them down to get meats. The meat service was lacking in so many ways. Then, to top it off, they did not acknowledge my son’s birthday. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend the Thousands Oaks location to anyone. This review will be posted on social media.

We were a party of three, and we were seated upon arrival. In the beginning, the service was spotty and sketchy at best. One server took my drink order but not that of my husband and his adult daughter. Another server was flagged down to take their drink orders. Our drinks didn't arrive. I had to ask the original server to check on our drink order. Finally, a customer support specialist, John came to our table, and I explained what had transpired, this was before we placed our dinner order. John turned a disappointing situation into a delightful one. He was even gracious to offer us a free desert and since it was my step-daughter's birthday, he offered to bring us two. Thank you John!

The food was excellent. Great selection of meats. The salad bar had a variety of tasty choices. The service was outstanding. Our waitress Grazieli was fabulous. The ambiance was enjoyable.
