    If you have never been to this place before, it’s an extensive unlimited salad bar, with all you can eat variety of meats. You can select a single meat option for about half the price ($71 for unlimited variety of meats ( lamb, beef, chicken, pork) $39 for unlimited servings of one meat (example: steak), w/unlimited salad bar) the only hot sides they have are beans and rice, garlic mashed potatoes, and crispy polenta. The polenta and mashed potatoes are brought to you. There are seafood options and vegetarian options. They were accommodating to my guest, which does not eat dairy as well. Service was great.

    Drinks too a long time and watered down. Chicken was very salty. Some meats were good and some were salty.

    One person in our party did the Churrasco experience and the other two did the single cut experience with choice of Fraldinha. The food was amazing and so was the service. I’ve been to other Fogo locations before but this has to be my new favorite. The meat was nice and juicy and the market table sides were delicious as well. The Gaucho’s were extremely nice, especially one gentleman who I believe said his name was Rexul. He was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Overall I would highly recommend.

    I have been to a few FdC…. It was surprising how well the team in Roseville did given that we were there the 3rd or 4th night they had been open. I really liked this place - will definitely go again.

    Food looks good BUT very salty and chewy. Some premium cut like picanha and ribeye take a long time to arrive. When they arrive, they taste extremely salty and really hard to chew. Lamb chop was soft but again very salty. They often bring cheap cut to your table to try to fill us up. Top sirloin, bottom sirloin, and chicken are all very salty. Market table salad bar looks extensive yet it filled with decoration rather than food. I would go to other Brazilian steak house in town as they are much more tasty.

    I went on opening night. A bit loud and chaotic, but they will sort out the issues over the next. The food was excellent.

    We dined during their opening night. It seemed like they were short-staffed and maybe a little unprepared for the evening. Our server was underage and couldn’t really recommend any of their cocktails. The meat servers, however, were great and all the meat were prepared just right and well seasoned. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience and we will definitely go back again.

    Some meat is a little tough. There’s about 4-4 waiters assign for each table on their 1st day.
