As the time before the food was excellent. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that was great about this location. It took more than 30 minutes to be seated. Everyone was crammed in like cattle on a transport truck. The wait staff was simply overwhelmed by the enormous number of patrons. The manager was actually setting up folding picnic tables to accommodate everyone. There was a general sense of "hurry up and leave" in the air. The dining experience is supposed to be about enjoyment and this was not. This location does not know how to manage their online reservations, and that is a shame.

Our waiter and Servers were amazing! They answered any questions we had and kind enough to be patient too. We didn’t feel rushed and we enjoyed our experience.

We enjoy going to Fogo de Chao but this wasn't our best experience. It was difficult to get any of the servers to bring the meats around. They were more interested in serving a large party than our table of 3. We had to request one particular meat 4 times before they finally brought some around just before we were about to pay our bill. Additionally, the meats we did get were quite well done and dry. Disappointing.

I arrived for my 8:15 pm reservation right on time. I paid full price for the full experience. Unfortunately, the full experience was lacking. I can tell that most of the meats had been circulating for quite a while. I requested medium rare however, most of the cuts of meats presented to me were medium well or well done, dry and tough. Service was fine after I reminded a server passing by that I had been there for almost 20 minutes and still had not been offered water or any of the sides that normally came with the full experience. And at almost $80 plus gratuity, there should be a little more focus on quality in both the food they are serving and the service they provide. Management should be more aware of what is being dished out in both categories.

My experience was not good at all. We didn't get all the items for what you're paying for. The items at the bar are limited. Our waiters didn't bring us the items that come with food as side dish unless you asked for them. Overall, I would not go back to this location. I have been to the one in Brea, and that was a lot better and had a lot more to pick from, and they did bring you different type of meat.

The meat and sides selections were excellent. Unfortunately, the service and overall vibe were horrible. This location has no concept of a reservation. What is the point of even bothering to make a reservation if it takes more than 20 minutes to be seated?

The server was not attentive. Drinks were mixed up and inaccurate each time they were placed. Literally took 20 minutes to receive anything. You’re better off paying less money somewhere else.

I went there for my birthday last night. I had a reservation for 745. Wait time wasn’t bad was seated within five minutes of arrival spent about $300 for two people overall only got 3 pieces of meat. Nobody was walking by requested lamb chops. They never came and the meat servers were getting yelled at in the kitchen for just standing around definitely not worth the $300. for two people probably won’t be coming back for those $300. I could’ve had a better experience at Flemings service and food wise
