   My overall experience was good. The very bad part and most importantly was the fact that Fogo de Chao closed down part of the shopping center parking lot and used that closed off part to set up a valet service that charges their customers! By blocking part of the parking lot, it minimized the amount of available spaces and you are basically forced to pay the valet fee. I don’t think this is fair. If anything, Fogo should comp the parking fee with proof of dining, and allow the tips for the valet person. I circled the parking lot three times in hopes of finding a spot but unfortunately it is a very busy shopping area. Anyhow, I hope this is something that can be avoided in the near future. Fogo is not an inexpensive restaurant and adding this parking issue makes it a bit more expensive and unfortunately not as enjoyable.

   Overall, my experience at the Fogo of Chao of Brea was very good. The quality of the food was excellent and the ambiance was very nice. I imagine it being a whole lot different when night approaches. One thing to note, it's best to go during lunch hours because dinner is chaotic. I wish the establishment was of greater size as the flow of customers is non stop, especially during the weekends, overwhelming the space there is within the restaurant. What I found ricidulous was a row of 2 seater tables by the bar which aren't that big and gets easily crowded by plates that stretches from the end of the bar to (literally) the front door! The two tables closest to the doors is a very awkward area to dine at as there is constant foot traffic and elevated noise levels as people wait to be seated and designated to their tables. It's like people are breathing over your shoulder crowding the area and was the one thing I found to be exaggerated at the restaurant. Other than that, it was a good experience, but I would recommend you come with a party of 3 or more so you can be seated at a 4+ seated table for extra room/space.

   Server was great. Hosts didn’t prioritize who checked in first. Parking and valet was challenging, valet incredibly rude

   Service was really great here. It seems like everyone works together. The drinks were amazing and cheap. The food was good.

   Our group attended the Stags Leap wine pairing and Fogo de Chao did not disappoint. The wines were great, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Our server, Timmy, was on point the entire night, as he was very attentive and engaging. Jacob, one of the events managers, took amazing care of our party even arranging an accommodation for a food allergy. Bartenders Morgan and Joel made sure our night out ended well, they were super friendly and professional. We are definitely returning for another event.

   It took almost an hour for us to get the meat portion of our meal. I think the waitresses were changing shifts. Nevertheless, it’s not a good excuse. We would see meat being served around us at other tables. Three of us finally got our beef and then 30 minutes later the other 2 finally got their lamb.

   Kept asking for meats and tables were being passed by us. Same items kept coming.

   It took over 22 minutes to serve our meat. They forgot our drinks and served it to another table. When our meat finally arrived, it was so salty. This is our first and last experience here. I would not recommend.

   Great food but crowded on a Saturday at 6:45. All was good but next time I would prefer to come when it’s less crowded.

    A lot of the meat were medium/well and I was asking for the rarest parts.
