The meat kept coming but the service for drinks and other additional items was very slow… initially with the first waiter we had, we was just not up to par but Aubrey came to the rescue and once she started assisting more… it was a better experience. Food was great!

Bad services, couldn’t tell how many waiters we had since they kept rotating them. It was a birthday celebration but the staff didn’t even acknowledge or offer birthday treat. Rotation of meat was mostly chicken and pork. The steak was only made one round. I has to order the rib roast. Overall this was no longer a nice dining experience. Value and service have gone down hill. Will not come back.

The server was rude and unprofessional and through a piece of beef onto my plate! Then she came back and trough a burned small end piece of beef which was left on the board on my plate too like I was a dog. They also poured more wine in the other people glasses but made sure to only give us one ounce! The manager was made aware of the terrible service!

I had the waygu and wine tasting event and was disappointed overall on service and the way it operates. It was suppose to be a side-by-side comparison between a regular bone-in ribeye ancho and waygu ancho but we didnt get the bone-in ribeye ancho. The servers was lost and didn’t tell us what type of meat it was nor tell us how this works, no forms of communication. Overall the experience wasn’t very organzied and that ruin our first time with the tasting event. I would never go back for the event again.

This was my first time at this location and our group of 7 was sat closest to the door versus any other party that came in before or after us so we caught all the cold air. We encountered about 3 types of meat and most times it was the last 2-3 pieces versus the larger selection that was listed. The experience and food was just ok.
