Always have the best experience when I eat here. This is my fourth year in a row having my birthday party here and I will always forever come back.

We chose Fogo for my wife’s birthday celebration. All of the attention was on a family beside us. We were overlooked. The birthday dessert came out with no candles. Disappointed

Even with our reservation, we waited more than an hour to be seated. I had called ahead of time to make sure our large party would be at one table. After more than an hour and me losing my temper, they finally ushered us to seats.... at 2 different tables. This was a company dinner and we expected to be all together. When I expressed my anger, they moved the tables. Once we were finally seated, they did what they could to give us a good experience. The customer service mgr did try. But it's hard to come back from 18 people standing at the front door an hour past their reservation time. We had employees who had paid babysitters to do this dinner. Making us wait was maddening. And the biggest issue was that we seemed to be the only large party that had to wait. They did not plan well. I also felt like the meat was just ok. The filet was great but several cuts were very dry. We are one and done on Fogo.

Made reservations for 6 at 7pm. Showed up 10 min early to check in and was informed they were running behind. They took walks ins while we were waiting and seated others ahead of us. Why accept reservations if you are also going to accept walk ins and then make the people with reservations wait 30 min or more? Minor apology, no attempts to make things better. Multiple times we asked for water or a drink when seated and were made to wait 15 mins or more. Horrible experience for a birthday celebration in spite spending more than $500 there. Do not recommend.

We were seated on time and the attendants were kind enough to wait for a couple of folks from our party that were late before starting full service. The only little hiccup was that the ‘gauchos’ slowed down halfway through our visit. Overall, it was a great experience and our 18th bday celebrant made a great choice.

The food and service was great. The never ending protein was delicious. The soul and salad bar was excellent. My favorite was the drink I ordered “Bees Knees” splendid ❤️
