We waited 45 min past our reservation time, we had to ask several time to get the meat service. Service was very slow.

What a nightmare of an experience for a Thanksgiving dinner. Our table was left without any service. The tables near us were being served and proceeded food, while our table got nothing. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times and waited another 20 minutes before getting any assistance; then a manager didn’t come. Absolute horrible experience for my family and guests that were with me. It got so bad that my server stopped coming over because, presumably, she was tired of hearing me ask to be served and me showing her how all the tables around me had plenty of food, while my kids plates were empty and clean. What little food we got was good, but the service and the management (or management representative) response was equally lacking. We have went to this restaurant every Thanksgiving for years, but based on this years service - it’s the last.

I love to dine here the food is fabulous and Thanksgiving dinner was no exception. Service was great & the entourage of meats to our table was endless. My only complaint was they ran out of turkey & stuffing 😳 and because of where we were seated I never did see when it was rejuvenated on the buffet and never did get to try either of them. Still we left ‘stuffed’ and enjoyed our meal. Probably won’t be my #1 choice in the future for Thanksgiving because of the missed Turkey.

We were put at a table that was in the way of the kitchen and servers. Ordered wine and tea, had to ask 2 people to get it because waitress forgot it. Ordered cake and coffee- took over 30 minutes to get the cake. Ordered a second glass of wine- never got it. Asked for check and apparently they gave ours to another table so had to wait even longer. Then the machine they give is to pay on got frozen. Not a good experience at all!

It was our one year anniversary and we were greeted warmly and given so much kind service. The food was amazing and everyone was very professional. They treated us with a beautiful dessert for free. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a nice dinner. Some of the beef was really tough and the roasted chicken that I had was so crispy it was brittle.
