I specifically didn’t want the patio and we got sat on the patio which is fine I guess, but they couldn’t turn on the overhead heaters and they were out of propane for the standing heaters which really diminished our experience. Service was absolutely exceptional though. The folks working were friendly, helpful, and outgoing. It would have been an exceptional experience if we got to sit inside or if they could properly heat the patio.

This was our 2nd visit to dine! The food came to the table consistently with gracious service and m waiters. The salad bar never disappoints, to the extent that I need to monitor myself to save room for the main flow of food. The meats were well seasoned and plentiful. We'll be back with the entire family!

A disappointing experience at the Fogo de Chão restaurant in the Irvine Spectrum,: The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers, and this affected the overall experience. Service "practically non-existent," staff likely did not attend to diners promptly or effectively. The food did not meet expectations. Specifically, the meat, which is central to the Fogo de Chão experience, was delivered infrequently. In addition, the salad buffet was described as "disgusting," poorly prepared or unappetizing. Requested the bill multiple times before it was made available. This experience will likely be their "first and last time" at this location, i strong dissatisfaction. Restaurant should not have taken so many reservations if it was unable to handle the demand.

Christmas Day, do not recommend. The meats were good and kept coming. The rest of the service was a disaster. Never got more than 1 bottle of water or any refills. Had to beg for service.

$71 per person for all you can eat chicken..grilled chicken, garlic thighchicken, garlic breast chicken, bacon wrapped chicken, chicken chicken chicken. We came here before and enjoyed it so we came again but $71 for all you can eat chicken was pretty memorable to not to come back again.

I'm brazilian, and this is not an authentic Brazilian churrascaria. The food is terrible, meat is dry and not a lot of options.The service was painfully slow. We had a reservation for 7:45 and they called us 45 minutes later. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. I'm not coming back.

We had a reservation at 6:30pm and were not seated until 8pm. We asked multiple times and they said “10 minutes” and then “a glitch in the system, we thought you were already seated”.
