All staff was amazing specially Karina, the “gaucha” that served us the most and made sure all we wanted was brought to us :)

Went here last night for Christmas Dinner.. We were sat at a table physically touching the back of the buffet soup line. It was impossible for me to sit without having the person next to me get up, and even then I was shoving myself into the seat. My little sister ended up with broken soft plastic in her salad which could easily have been swallowed. She showed it to the server, "my manager will take care of it" no one came to the table or did anything to address the issue.. what was taken care of? Didn't even ask which salad it was to remove from buffet line?? "All you can eat" we sat down and were bombarded with food for a total of 5 minutes, and got a sausage 45+ minutes later. None of the food came out around again, nothing was all you can eat. The guy that came over with the lamb was turned down by 1 person at the table as we had just gotten 3 different skewers at once and he was overwhelmed.. lamb guy's response was "even better" and he dashed off before asking anyone else at the table if they'd like that cut of meat Our server handed us dessert menu and did not come back around, probably to not have to be confronted about the plastic again? Who knows.. We ordered dessert from another server who noticed us looking around bored and got the check from a third server $600 check for 6 people you'd expect service to be a bit better..? Still tipped $65 as it was Christmas but damn I'd give $0 if it wasn't.

This was my first time visiting a Fogo De Chao and this location and everything was outstanding! From the food, decor and service, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely amazing! And Marina Brustolin is the best. As the Assistant Manager, she impressed my family and I with how hard she was working and attentive she was to the needs of the customers and in supporting her staff. Well Done!! 5-Star+ experience.

My family celebrated my daughter & my brother's birthday at Fogo last Sunday and it left a bitter & burnt taste in our mouths...figuratively & metaphorically. We were seated quickly & our server at the start was pretty on point. We were thinking of just doing ala carte but decided to get the full Churrasco service which makes more sense but in hindsight, we should have just gotten the former. The first meat we got really set up the clownshow we experienced. The garlic beef was tough, lukewarm & bland. A slight hint of garlic just to say it had garlic on it. The bottom sirloin was softer but again lukewarm. The sausage had decent flavor but again LUKEWARM. That's the theme - bland to decent flavoring with lukewarm temps for almost all meats. The lamb cut & chops which became the highlight of the night were the only meats that were hot and tasty. The Picanha which is the bread & butter of any Brazilian Steakhouse was burnt & needed salt. The pork belly was downright vile. It had a funky smell to it that we as a family, decided not to eat it. We got a so called explanation that it's supposed to be that way which was ridiculous. We consume a lot of pork since it's a major part of our diet and we know that's not how it's supposed to be. Our server who explained this then started to turn her exemplary service down a notch & it became quite slow for us to get our drinks or sides refilled. I wish I can say that the sides, salad bar, and desserts were good but nope...it's as bad as the meats. Well, the creme brulee was at best, mediocre which was a step in the right direction I guess. I was actually thinking of talking to the manager in charge since the food & service was abysmal just to give feedback but my brother told me to forget it & just get out of the restaurant as fast as we can. The place & decor looks good but in the end, you go there for the food and service and when a fast casual like Pampas offers better quality & value than you.

enjoy the stay. The restaurant was quite busy. Service therefore was just a little bit slow. But the food is always good. Definitely will go back to this restaurant.

Food was good but service lacked this time. Had 4 different servers greet us and a fifth close us out as the others were missing for about 30 minutes. Generally not an issue maybe an off day but were disappointed today
