   The steamed dim sum nice and hot, the broccoli beef was lukewarm. Wait staff very nice and accommodating!

   I have been to this place dozens of time and it always delivers amazing service, great food and drinks. Highly recommend.

   We had a lovely time. Got one of the cool booths, as we had hoped. Our server was warm and personable without being intrusive. She explained how to navigate the menu/ordering system since we had not been before. All of the food was good. The chicken cashew, cucumber salad and charred green beans were all excellent. The cheesecake balls were interesting. Not as great as my imagination had created…. But glad we tried them. Looking forward to going back!

   Terrible service, got seated and finally after waiting 15 minutes we had to ask if we had a server. Didn’t have our drinks when food came out. Food was ok, not sure if we will return. Too bad since this was our first visit here and it left a bad taste.

   This is one noisy place on a Saturday night. The kitchen does an outstanding job but the menu and front of the house need some work. Our only food complaint is generic - perhaps just a bit too much salt, but the execution of the recipes was outstanding. Our primary server was pretty good nut the menu and the ordering process was confusing. We worked with the server and finally ordered what we wanted but then bits and pieces were delivered by others. It was only the server who gave us a smile; everyone else was stone-faced and silent. Twice we had to ask someone for cutlery - also delivered stone-faced. Dealing with people who appear to be reluctant to be there takes its toll so while the food was worth the trip and our primary server was very good, the noise and robotic behavior of some of the staff leave us reluctant to return. To twice have food delivered without the appropriate cutlery is just sloppy work.
